A Digital Marketing Officer:

A leading financial company is looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Officer to join our awesome marketing team!

Digital marketing strategies are extremely important, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives.

We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and various digital marketing channels, setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy.

Digital Market

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited to:

  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
  • plan, develop and manage marketing campaigns through company's digital marketing sites
  • Measure traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media
  • Track all company's social media accounts ( Tamkeen sites, twitter , Instagram, Facebook, etc) and provide internal reports regularly
  • Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content and Promote company’s product and services in the social media and digital space
  • improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc.
  • Collaboration with each team responsible for social media posts, email, and blogging to optimize each conversion path.
  • Preparing and implementing SOSTAC marketing plans and strategies for emarketing
  • Designing and implementing electronic advertising campaigns on various social media platforms
  • Optimization SEO Manage ads on Social + Google Ads Digital Analytics and Creating Advanced Report Thorough knowledge of financial management methods and algorithms
  • Knowledge of authentication methods and methods for websites and pages Knowledge of the methods, methods and methodology of marketing through social networks

Call Center

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited to:

  • Answer calls, take orders, inquiries and questions from customers or emails, and all company's digital mediator, and handle problems and manage and resolve.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues and route it to appropriate resource
  • document and archive all call information according to standard procedures

Education and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related specialization.
  • 2 years of Experience upon digital marketing metrics.
  • Familiarity with use web analytics tools and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics internal reports.
  • Expand and optimize communications through email marketing campaigns.
  • V.Good English verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to find pragmatic solutions to incidents, problems and issues which meets the needs of the business in digital market.
