Job Description
HUMAN ACCESS announces the following vacant position:
- Job: Program Coordinator for Girls' Empowerment and Entrepreneurship
- Number Required: Three
- Location: Al-Mocha / Hays / Al-Khawkha
- Contract Duration: Six Months

Job Specialization:
Manage the program to achieve the objectives of the work plan in the target areas.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Manage program activities in the target directorates according to the specified timeline.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities to facilitate the implementation of program activities.
- Provide daily guidance to program staff and monitor their implementation of tasks and responsibilities according to the timeline.
- Write monthly reports on the level of achievement and implementation of program activities and share these reports with the program manager.
- Participate in meetings with humanitarian partners to exchange experiences and collaborate between the program and service providers.
- Mobilize efforts and resources in the implementation geography to facilitate and provide services to girl beneficiaries of the program.
- Maintain continuous communication with the program team and resolve any problems they may encounter during program activities.
- Monitor and implement field visits to target areas of the program to follow up on the performance of staff.
- Manage the program budget according to the specified items and maintain records, registers, and documents according to the established financial regulations in cooperation with the program accountant.
- Archive all program documents and reports and maintain records and files in writing and electronically.
- Register all program tools, furniture, and equipment and follow up on their receipt by program staff.
- Supervise all administrative and technical operations.
- Network with local authorities, community committees, and local organizations in the governorate to support the implementation of humanitarian activities carried out by the program.
- Ensure the availability of security and safety procedures and verify compliance with protection standards and humanitarian principles.
- Respect work rules and ethics and adhere to the association's code of conduct.
- Hold regular meetings with staff to discuss performance reports for the program, follow up on the level of achievement in implementing activities, resolve problems, and correct the course in the event of any deviations.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned to the incumbent upon request.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
2. At least two years of experience in the same field.
Skills and Abilities:
1. Administrative skills (such as planning, organizing, monitoring, follow-up, and evaluation).
2. High skill in communication and report preparation.
3. High ability to make decisions and take responsibility.
4. High ability to guide and perform logical analysis.
Other Requirements:
Advanced level of English.
