Tasks And Responsibilities:-
1. Follow-up and maintenance of computers for employees.
2. Installing and commissioning new hardware and installing software and operating systems.
3. Preparing reports on maintenance operations with recommendations for possible solutions.
4. Providing technical support for the computers of customers and employees and responding to inquiries.
5. Preparing and conducting the necessary trainings for employees on new systems or software.
6. Perform any other tasks within the scope of his responsibility.
7. Keeps technical documentation up to date for all IT installations.
8. Establishing and maintaining IT and digital communication infrastructure, including wireless or LAN networks.
9. Establishing and maintaining digital communication software, including email, user logins and passwords; this includes setting up new employees with company email accounts and providing them with access to the network, as well as troubleshooting for existing employees.
Qualifications And Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Experience 3+ years IT Support.
- proficiency software and hardware maintenance.
- Network security experience.
- LAN and WAN experience.

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to make technical information easy to understand
- Ability to work well both individually and in a team
- Customer service skills if providing external support
- Excellent logic and reasoning skills
