Quality control and planning Officer

Financial Tamkeen Company for Digital Payment System & Services is a leading financial company as a specialized provider in financial payments, supported with matured technology of mobile money and banking services is looking for a Quality control and planning Officer who will support Business Development Department for in Strategy planning, and analysis processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine, negotiation and agree on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
  • Support the Director of the Business Development Department in the process of managing the strategic planning of the company in general, as well as managing the annual business planning cycle.
  • Assist in converting long-term strategies into medium-term and annual plans.
  • Prepare business rules, guidelines, and forms for strategic planning and business planning processes.
  • Prepare indicators to monitor the company's performance in comparison with its counterparts on the regional/international arena on a regular basis.
  • Development and updating of the company’s strategic objectives and implementation measurement indicators, as well as supervising the preparation and evaluation of the plans of the executive units required to achieve the company’s objectives, and following up on performance results and any deviations or weaknesses that require programs to correct them.
  • Prepare and implementation of policy manuals, procedures and practical models for the implementation of programs, business plans and projects of the company’s units, and working to evaluate and update them to ensure the effectiveness of results and reduce discrepancies, duplication and weak outputs.
  • Continuous evaluation of the services and operations of the company’s systems, and the development and implementation of plans to avoid any operational risks that cause any operational defects or technical problems, while raising appropriate recommendations to reduce risks, while supervising the implementation of adequate treatment programs that mitigate potential risks.
  • Manage and meet the provision and submission of all reports needed by the company’s senior management, as well as the regulators of electronic services.
  • Conduct analyzes and providing reports and recommendations to identify trends as well as opportunities and threats faced by the company in its main field of work

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 2+ years Considerable knowledge and experience in Strategy planning, and analysis 
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic Languages (Writing and Speaking
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) a requirement
  • Reliable, sense of details, rigorous
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage own personal stress level
  • Able to take initiatives
  • Flexible, patient
