Training and Rehabilitation Officers (4)

Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Experience of no less than two years in the field of training (Coordination and management of training programs).

• Attended courses in work-related fields (gender/communication/humanitarian work/preparation of plans, etc.).

• Communication and time management skills.

• Skill in using the computer (Microsoft office programs).

• Experience in preparing plans, writing reports and success stories.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly and monthly plans for training activities and programs.

• Identify and propose training programs for empowering women and girls.

• Set the terms of reference for selecting female trainers to train various activities in the safe space.

• Prepare for training.

• Follow up the implementation of training courses and programs.

• Develop qualitative and targeted training programs for women and girls.

• Follow-up of the activity trainers to train the basic requirements for empowering women and girls through income-generating activities.

• Prepare and document success stories.

• Participate in meetings, training and evaluation workshops that will develop performance and improve the quality of work.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on training and empowerment.

• Identify weaknesses and strengths and develop treatment proposals.

• Attend periodic meetings.

• Attend any assigned meetings or training sessions.

• Perform any activity within the framework of the project.

• Perform any tasks assigned to within the framework of the project.
