Job Description:

As a Systems Analyst at our Company, you will be responsible for not only analyzing our existing IT systems but also leading a team of IT professionals. Your role will involve managing the team's performance, coordinating projects, and ensuring that our systems are efficient and aligned with our business goals. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and work with your team to implement effective solutions. 

Important note: The position is open only for expert Systems analyst.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document existing systems, processes, and workflows.
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to gather and prioritize system requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement efficient solutions to address identified issues and enhance system capabilities.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of system changes to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Provide training and support to end-users and assist in resolving technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience at least 2 Years at least as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Fluency in English language.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in system analysis, design, and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Knowledge of programming languages, databases, and system architecture.
