Position Title:   Unconditional Cash Transfer Program - IT Specialist

General Description of Role:
Developer will be responsible to develop Web Application using Open Sources Tools and also developing Web APIs and Mobile applications for Cash transfer Program.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
The developer will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Developing MIS System for response the needs of the program .
• Developing Mobile Applications for collecting data.
• Selecting and installing appropriate software and applications.
• Providing Technical support and maintaining all SFD sub systems.
• Developing Reports in the Management Information System (MIS) .
• Analyze and Management for big data.
• Training the SFD staff on the new applications.
• Write high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines
• Perform unit and integration testing before launch.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or high diploma in information technology systems, Computer Science or other relevant field.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum (5) years of work experience in the development Web Applications using oracle Apex tools, php, Java Script, python  (or any similar open source tools).
• Prefer Experience in the Cash Transfer System or beneficiaries’ services Systems .
• Practical Experience in the development Mobile system using java and other tools .
• Experience with regional databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MangoDB, MariaDB (or similar)  and deal with huge data . 
• Strong knowledge in Analyzing Information and ERP Systems.
