JAM  – Junior Sales Representative 

What is the role?

A proactive sales team member, having a passion for sales and will develop broad product knowledge across the complete Hilti catalogue to develop profitable business and maximize Hilti market share; Develop and implement strategic plan through bundled & packaged solution approach; Monitor competition activity in assigned territory and build tactic plan to fight competition

What does the role involve?

As Junior Sales representative, you’ll spend most of your time visiting our customers, wherever they’re busy working, to find out how we can help them and demonstrating Hilti solutions. The purpose of the role is to create value in the allocated account's portfolio through effective sales management to build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customer. 
You will actively and effectively demonstrate, service, train, and where appropriate test Hilti products. Also, to ensure the appropriate level of coverage is given to both Buying and Potential customers within the customer platform to develop profitable growth. 

What you need is:

• A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering 
• Advanced English communication
• A minimum of 1 year in a sales role, with proven ability to consistently meet performance targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Enthusiasm to learn and drive to succeed
• Dynamic sales personality with strong winning and high-performance mindset
• Should know how to ride a bike & should have a valid license.
