MARKETING MANAGER
General Description:
Preparing and developing marketing plans for services, organizing sales activity, monitoring and evaluating marketing and sales activities, and following up on the implementation of approved plans in a way that serves the company’s strategic plan. He is responsible for raising the company’s marketing share in the targeted markets to achieve a competitive advantage. He is also responsible for providing the best marketing and sales services for services. The company achieves a wider spread, and he is charged with identifying the human resources that the department needs, their qualifications, needs, and training.
Administrative responsibility and dependency:
This function reports directly to and evaluates the job performance of the Executive Director.
Academic and practical qualifications:
1- University degree in business administration, specializing in marketing and sales, or its equivalent.
2- At least 7 years of experience in the profession.
3- V. Good English Language
Roles and responsibilities:
1- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
2- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
3- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
4- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
5- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
6- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
7- Working to increase the marketing share of the company’s services by increasing the volume of demand.
8- Guidance to search for new customers, communicate with them, and maintain strong relationships with them
9- Participate in selecting, training and qualifying salesmen and determining their needs.
10- Follow up and supervise identifying appropriate sales areas, and dividing the market into sectors, to benefit from the largest number of customers and consumers.
11- Follow up and evaluate the performance of salesmen and improve their skills and development.
12- Follow up on after-sales service, maintain constant communication with customers, and respond to their complaints.
Requirements and skills:
1- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
2- Excellent communication skills.
3- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
4- Budget-management skills and proficiency.
5- Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field.
6- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
7- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
Day-to-Day Duties
1- Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff.
2- Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.
3- Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies.
4- Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns.
5- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies.
6- Monitor current campaigns, ensuring their staff meets deadlines and complete necessary tasks.
7- Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
