We have been assigned to hire an UI&UX developer with strong knowledge, experience, skills and values. for a leading group in Yemen, below is a summary of the job information.

Job Description 
We are looking for a UI/UX developer who will take a key role in our team. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wire frames and designs, and ultimately aligning user behavior to actions that drive the desired results. You'll be working alongside other engineers, developers, marketers, and customers collaborating and iterating on the user experience of our wen and mobile apps products and services, as UI and UX designer and developer, you will:

• Design UI (user interfaces) for our web and mobile applications, which consists of the button’s users click on, the text they read, the images, sliders, text entry fields, and all the rest of the items the user interacts with. This includes screen layout, transitions, interface animations and every single micro-interaction. Any sort of visual element, interaction, or animation must all be designed. In addition to choosing color schemes and button shapes — the width of lines and the fonts used for text. UI designers create the look and feel of an application’s user interface.to make sure the application’s interface is attractive, visually-stimulating and themed appropriately to match the purpose and/or personality of the app. And you need to make sure every single visual element feels united, both aesthetically, and in purpose.
• You also be responsible for UX (user experience) A user’s experience of the app is determined by how they interact with it. You have to ensure smooth and intuitive interaction, logical apps navigating, you will determine the structure of the interface and the functionality. How it’s organized and how all the parts relate to one another. In short, you design how the interface works.
• Creating and designing responsive frontends that adapt perfectly to all devices such as pcs, mobiles and tablets.

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Translate user behavior and research into attractive designs and actions. 
• Create concepts, and Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flow, sitemaps, wire frames, and mock ups that lead to intuitive user experiences 
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets, …etc. 
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields 
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how web/mobile apps function and look like. 
• Strategically create new features and functionality based on user stories and behavior. 
• Rapid design and testing methodology. 
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, ... etc.) 
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders 
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness) 
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback 
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Required Skills and Expertise:

• BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field. 
• At least 4 years of Experience in RESPONSIVE UI/UX design. 
• Strong experience in design best practices and principles.
• Demonstrates creative, technical and analytical skills. 
• Portfolio of design projects
•  Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
• Experience designing and shipping large-scale product releases
• Passion for solving complex large-scale problems
• Experience working on enterprise platforms that leverage a large enterprise design system
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma. 
• Ability to clearly communicate research and design ideas to rest of the team, management, and customers. 
• Experience across Bootstrap, Vue.js, React.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Media Query, jQuery, XML, Jason, with 4+ years of experience. 
• Experience and Up-to-date knowledge of design software such as Adobe including Photoshop, illustrator, Image Editing tools and understanding of such tools across different screen sizes like Desktop, Mobile, Tablets.
• Understanding of web / mobile apps standards, capabilities and best practices 
• Team spirit.
• Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully, quality control is key Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders in both Arabic and English languages (read, write, speak).

Nice to have:

• Certification in Adobe, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, XML, and / or other relevant.
