Mission/ Core purpose of the Job: 

The Warehouse Returning Items Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the process of returning items within a warehouse, specifically related to telecommunication equipment and materials. This role involves managing the return process, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. The Warehouse Returning Items Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing returns, resolving issues, and maintaining inventory accuracy records on returned Items and scrap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the returning process of telecommunication items within the warehouse, including equipment, materials, and components.
  • Receive returned telecommunication items, verifying the accuracy of quantities, conditions, and documentation against return authorization or stakeholders’ requests.
  • Inspect returned telecommunication items to assess their condition, identify damages or defects, and determine appropriate actions, such as repair, replacement, or disposition.
  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate the return process and resolve any issues related to returns.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of returned telecommunication items, including updating inventory records, generating return reports, and maintaining proper documentation for tracking purposes.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse management team to optimize the returning process, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other warehouse teams, such as inventory control and quality assurance, to ensure accurate inventory counts and resolve any discrepancies regarding returned telecommunication items.
  • Organize  the disposition of returned telecommunication items, including organizing repairs, coordinating with suppliers for replacements, or arranging for proper disposal following regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards during the returning process of telecommunication items.
  • Provide assistance and support to customers or internal stakeholders regarding returns, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Doing any other tasks required related to business.

Educations:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus

Experience:

  • Two Years Proven experience working, preferably within the telecommunication industry, with specific experience in managing returns.
