Odoo Implementation Consultant Engineer 

What do we look for?

As an Implementation Consultant, you will implement Odoo. You'll be in direct contact with the clients to help them with the good use of Odoo Software. Therefore, you will analyze their needs and deliver personal training sessions and provide support. Basically, you'll be responsible to deliver the best management solution to your customers! 
As an Implementation Consultant, you will support the growth of our customers network. You will help & coach our customers, to implement their projects and to become Odoo Experts. 
We want our team to be able to implement Odoo to different sectors and business areas. To achieve it, bringing people having a few years of experience of implementation in domain like manufacturing, accounting and finance, supply chain management and E commerce is necessary as well as important for your application.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the customer needs and suggest solutions
• Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live. 
• Negotiate the required resources
• Take part in the first line support
• Support the sales team during pre-sale.
• Feedback to the Product Owners
• Responsible for supporting and delivering the ERP product solution implementation
• Analyze and understand systems processes and business requirements, and translate them to system design solution
• Configure the application to facilitate designated processes and transaction flow (both system and business process), including interface programs to ensure fit business requirements
• Familiar with ERP product solution implementation project implementation phases from user gathering requirements, project solution blueprint, UAT(User Acceptance Testing), Data migration and many others
• Create and execute design specification, documentation, testing and implementation in accordance to project development methodology
• Familiar on best practices on handling customer users requirements, handle issue management, handle change request management and able to manage users expectation on throughout project life-cycle
• Support and advises users in implementation of new systems, processes and enhancement
• Develop, maintain and deliver training and documentation to end users
• Advise and assist users in data cleansing, migration, master data and transactional data set-up
• Monitor and evaluate new software releases/patches and make the appropriate recommendations

Must Have

• Bachelor degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business/ ERP Application
• Ability to understand different business processes
• Good communication/negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly
• Affinity with the IT world
• Self motivated, team oriented and willing to work hard to get the job done within the deadline
• Preferable candidates that have similar working experiences and skills in ERP software product, such as: SAP Business One, NetSuite, Odoo, MS BC, or other ERP solution
• However fresh graduates with good qualification background and experience are welcome to apply for other position as well
