1.    وعليه تدعو مؤسسة حضرموت – تنمية بشرية الإخوة الموردين المؤهلين والذين سبق أن عملوا في نفس المجال لتقديم عطاءاتهم عن طريق المناقصة المذكور أعلاه وذلك وفقاً لوثائق المناقصة.
2.    يمكن الحصول على وثائق المناقصة من خلال الرابط الآتي: https://shorturl.at/vCJV3 
3.    يسلم العطاء في مظروف مغلق ومختوم مكتوب عليه إسم المشروع ورقم المناقصة، قبل الموعد المحدد أعلاه (الأربعاء: 10/يوليو/2024م الساعة الواحدة ظهراً – توقيت صنعاء) على العنوان الآتي: مؤسسة حضرموت – تنمية بشرية - اليمن - حضرموت – المكلا – منطقة خلف – شارع المهندس عيدالله بقشان - أمام مقر المنطقة العسكرية الثانية. وأي عطاء يقدم أو يصل بعد هذا الموعد سيرفض وسوف يعاد إلى صاحبه مغلقاً.
4.    تفتح المظاريف بجلسة علنية في مقر مؤسسة حضرموت – تنمية بشرية يوم الأحد: 14 يوليو 2024م  الساعة 10 صباحاً ,توقيت صنعاء, بحضور مقدمي العروض أو ممثليهم. ولن يسمح لمقدمي العطاءات أو ممثليهم بحضور جلسة فتح العطاءات إلا إذا قدموا خطاباً رسمياً يحمل اسم الشخص الحاضر للجلسة. وسيتم رفض أي عرض يتم تقديمه أو استلامه بعد هذا التاريخ وسيتم إعادته.
5.    على المتقدم إرفاق صورة من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول.
6.    على المتقدم إرفاق صورة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول.
7.    على المتقدم أرفاق صورة من شهادة مزاولة المهنة سارية المفعول.
8.    على المتقدم إحضار صورة من البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول.
9.    في حالة كانت الوثائق المطلوبة منتهية او قيد التجديد لمقدم العطاء, يجب على مقدم العطاء إرفاق إلتزام بتجديد الوثائق المنتهية مالم سوف يتم إستبعاد العطاء في مرحلة الإستجابة الأولية من التحليل.
10.    يرفق مع العطاء ضمان بنكي غير مشروط أو شيك مقبول الدفع بالمبلغ والعملة المحدد أعلاه صالح للمدة المذكورة أعلاه ابتداء من تاريخ فتح المظاريف وسيرفض أي عطاء غير مصحوب بضمان المناقصة.
11.    الإلتزام بتوفير ضمان بنكي لمدة عام بقيمة 15% من إجمالي كلفة العطاء المقدم, وذلك كضمانة لتشغيل وصيانة الأجهزة, موضوع العطاء, تسلم لمؤسسة حضرموت – تنمية بشرية عند الإنتهاء من توريد وتركيب الأجهزة, ولا يشمل هذا الضمان سوء الإستخدام.
12.    يقدم العطاء بالعملة المذكورة أعلاه (الدولار الأمريكي)، وسيتم إستبعاد أي عطاء يتم تقديمه بعملة مغايرة
13.    يجب إرفاق جميع وثائق المناقصة وتختيمها.
14.    مؤسسة  حضرموت – تنمية بشرية غير ملزمة بقبول أقل الأسعار كما يحق لها قبول او رفض بعض العطاءات او جميعها او إلغاء طلب عرض السعر هذا في اي مرحلة من المراحل قبل التعاقد مع المورد الفائز ودون إبداء الاسباب. كما لا تتحمل المؤسسة اي تكاليف او نفقات مالية او التزامات اخرى تحملها اي من مقدمي العطاءات (جميع التكاليف المالية او أي التزامات اخرى مترتبة على تقديم العطاء هذا ستكون على نفقة مقدم العطاء نفسه ولا يحق لمقدمي العطاءات مطالبة المؤسسة بأي تعويضات او خسائر او نفقات تكبدوها لتقديم عطاءاتهم).

1.    Accordingly, Hadhramout Foundation – Human Development (HF) invites qualified companies and suppliers who have previously worked in the same field to submit their bids through the tender mentioned above, in accordance with the tender documents.
2.    Tender documents can be obtained through the following link: https://shorturl.at/vCJV3  
3.    The bid should be submitted by hand in a sealed envelope with the project name and tender number written on it, before the date specified above (Wednesday: 10 July 2024 – before 01:00 pm – Sana’a Time) to the following address: Hadhramout Foundation – Human Development - Khalf – Mukalla – Hadhramout – Across from the Second Military Region Command premises
4.    Bids’ opening session will take place on Sunday, 14 July, 2024, at 10 am, Sana’a time at Headquarters of Hadhramout Foundation – Human Development - Khalf – Mukalla – Hadhramout – Across from the Second Military Region Command premises, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bidders or their representatives will not be allowed to attend the bid opening session unless they provide a formal letter having the name of the person attending the session. Any bid submitted or received after this date will be rejected and will be returned.
5.    The applicant must bring a copy of a valid commercial register.
6.    The applicant must bring a copy of a valid tax card.
7.    The applicant must bring a copy of a valid profession practice certificate.
8.    The applicant must bring a copy of a valid Zakat card.
9.    In the event that the required documents of the bidder are expired or need to be renewed, a commitment to renewing the expired documents must be attached unless the bid will be excluded in the first stage of the analysis.
10.    An unconditional bank warranty or a check acceptable to pay for the amount and currency specified above shall be attached to the bid, valid for the above-mentioned period starting from the date of opening the envelopes. Any bid that is not accompanied by a bid warranty will be rejected.
11.    Commitment to provide a bank warranty (15% of the total cost of the submitted bid), as a guarantee for the operation and maintenance of the equipment, and to be delivered to the Hadhramout Foundation – Human Development upon completion of the supply and installation of the equipment. This guarantee does not include equipment misuse.
12.    The bid shall be submitted in the currency mentioned above, and any bid submitted in a different currency will be excluded.
13.    All tender documents must be attached and stamped.
14.    Responsiveness for Hadhramout Foundation – Human Development (HF) is not obligated to accept the lowest prices, and it has the right to accept or reject some or all of the bids or cancel this request at any stage before contracting with the winning supplier, without giving reasons, and without the HF bearing any costs, financial expenses, or other obligations incurred by the bidders. (All financial costs or any other obligations resulting from submitting this bid will be at the bidder’s own expense, and bidders are not entitled to claim from HF any compensation, losses or expenses they incurred to submit their bids).
