Invitation:

International Medical Corps, global, humanitarian, non-profit organization dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering through health care training and relief, and development programs (https://internationalmedicalcorps.org), is pleased to invite reputable companies to participate in tendering for the above-mentioned services.

Tender instructions: 

A.    Tender documents are attached to this advertisement. In case you face an issue downloading tender documents, send an email to YemenProcurement@InternationalMedicalCorps.org or come to IMC Procurement Office – Sana’a.

B.    Completed documents must be submitted no later than 11/Aug/2024 @ 04:00 PM (Yemen Time) through the following ways:

1.    Via tender email: Tender.TAZ@InternationalMedicalCorps.org with subject line (“RFQ 10079819 &10079238 -Rehabilitation of Al Husain WP-and Construction of 18 latrines for the IDP camps and Rehabilitation of latrines and water and sanitation infrastructure for 5 HFs in At Ta’iziyah District -Taiz Gov
2.    By hand delivery in sealed envelopes marked (“RFQ 10079819 &10079238 -Rehabilitation of Al Husain WP-and Construction of 18 latrines for the IDP camps and Rehabilitation of latrines and water and sanitation infrastructure for 5 HFs in At Ta’iziyah District -Taiz Gov”) to a tender box located at International Medical Corps- Sana’a office of Address; International Medical Corps,  Ambassador Abdulrahman Al - Hamdi Street, Off the 50th Avenue, Hadda Zone, Sana’a, Yemen.

C.    Pre-bid Meeting for Questions/ Clarifications: 

There will be a pre-bid meeting on 30/July/2024 @ 11:00 AM at IMC Office in Sana’a and replies will be shared with all participating bidders.

D.    Other points

• International Medical Corps - Yemen reserves the right to accept or reject any incomplete bid document.
• Bids received after submission deadline above, will not be accepted.
• It is preferred to provide proof of work relevancy (i.e., experience with similar type of work - Contracts, certificates, etc.). 
• IMC is not bound to accept lowest bidder nor give reasons for rejection or acceptance.
• Bids will be opened in a public session on 12/Aug/2024 @ 12:00 (Yemen Time). The vendors’ representatives who will attend MUST provide an authorization letter from the vendor/ company along with his/ her ID.
• Bidders should be registered in SCMCHA through scmcha.info.

Bid submitted in any other manner than listed in tender documents will be rejected.

دعوة للمشاركة في المناقصة:

الهيئة الطبية الدولية منظمة عالمية إنسانية غير هادفة للربح تقوم بتكريس عملها في مجال الإنقاذ والإغاثة والتخفيف من المعاناة من خلال الرعاية الصحية والتدريب والإغاثة والبرامج التنموية (https://internationalmedicalcorps.org)  يسرها أن تقوم بدعوة الشركات ذات السمعة الجيدة للمشاركة في المناقصة لتقديم الخدمات المذكورة أعلاه.

تعليمات المشاركة في المناقصة:

أ‌.    وئائق المناقصة مرفقة بهذا الاعلان. في حال صعوبة تحميل الوثائق، يرجى التواصل بنا عن طريق (YemenProcurement@InternationalMedicalCorps.org) أو الحضور الى قسم المشتريات في مكتب المنظمة – صنعاء.

ب‌.    يجب تقديم المستندات المكتملة في موعد 11 اغسطس 2024 الساعة الرابعة عصرا توقيت اليمن  من خلال الطرق التالية:

1.    عبر البريد الالكتروني الخاص بالمناقصة: Tender.TAZ@InternationalMedicalCorps.org  بعنوان (“RFQ 10079819 &10079238 -Rehabilitation of Al Husain WP-and Construction of 18 latrines for the IDP camps and Rehabilitation of latrines and water and sanitation infrastructure for 5 HFs in At Ta’iziyah District -Taiz Gov”).
2.    التسليم باليد في مظروف مختوم يحمل العنوان (“RFQ 10079819 &10079238 -Rehabilitation of Al Husain WP-and Construction of 18 latrines for the IDP camps and Rehabilitation of latrines and water and sanitation infrastructure for 5 HFs in At Ta’iziyah District -Taiz Gov”) الى  صندوق العطاء الموجود في الهيئة الطبية الدولية - مكتب العنوان بصنعاء ؛ الهيئة الطبية الدولية الجمهورية اليمنية ، صنعاء - منطقة حدة ، شارع الخمسين شارع السفير عبدالرحمن الحمدي.

ت‌.    إجتماع ما قبل التناقص للأسئلة والإستيضاحات:

سيكون هناك إجتماع ما قبل التناقص يوم 30 يونيو 2024 الساعة 11 صباحا في مكتب الهيئة الطبية الدولية في صنعاء وسيتم إرسال الردود لجميع المتقدمين.

ث‌.    نقاط إضافية:

• الهيئة الطبية الدولية - اليمن تحتفظ لنفسها بالحق في قبول أو رفض أي وثيقة عطاء غير مكتملة.
• العطاءات المستلمة بعد الموعد النهائي للتقديم أعلاه ، لن يتم قبولها.
• يفضل على جميع المشاركين تقديم دليل على الخبرات المرتبطة بمجال المناقصة (أي الخبرة مع نوع العمل المماثل مثل عقود ، الشهادات ، .. إلخ). 
• الهيئة الطبية الدولية ليست ملزمة بقبول أقل عطاء ولا إبداء أسباب الرفض أو القبول.
• سيتم فتح العطاءات في جلسة علنية يوم  12 اغسطس 2024 بحلول الساعة 12:00 ظهرا (بتوقيت اليمن) ؛ بحضور وكلاء الموردين/ المقاولين المهتمين مع إحضار تفويض من الشركة للمفوض وإحضار البطاقة الشخصية للمفوض.
• يرجى من المتقدمين للمناقصة التسجيل في المجلس الاعلى لادارة وتنسيق الشؤون الانسانية والتعاون الدولي عن طريق scmcha.info

سيتم رفض العطاء المقدم بأي طريقة أخرى غير المذكورة في وثائق المناقصة.
