RMENA is a humanitarian, non-governmental, non­profit organization founded in 2013. 

RMENA, for its project "Strengthening the Resilience of Rural Hajjah and Dhale Governorate Communities through Access to Quality Education and revitalized agricultural livelihoods", invites all qualified and specialized contractors to participate in the tender for Supplying furniture and school supplies to 4 schools in – Qa'ataba District - Al-Dhale Governorate.

Tender Closure Date:    30th July, 2024 at 4:00 PM

The tender documents will provide all relevant information in detail and will be provided to you by email upon receipt of your Acknowledgement Letter that is attached in this announcement, which you may send to procurement@r-mena.org

All bids, including the administrative documents, technical and financial offers must be separate (not mixed) and each should be placed in its own sealed and stamped envelope. These envelopes should then be placed in another sealed envelope or package and hand-delivered to RMENA office at:

The package must be received by the deadline mentioned above or it will be rejected.

Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

The tender documents shall be marked with all relevant information in detail, including date, time, and place for the submission of the Tender.

ستوفر وثائق المناقصة جميع المعلومات ذات الصلة بالتفصيل وسيتم توفيرها لكم عبر البريد الإلكتروني عند إرسالكم خطاب الإقرار الخاص بكم المرفق بهذا الإعلان، والذي يمكنكم إرساله إلى procurement@r-mena.org

يجب أن تحتوي جميع العطاءات، على الوثائق الإدارية والعروض الفنية والمالية منفصلة (غير مختلطة) ويجب وضع كل منها في مظروف مغلق ومختوم خاص به. يجب بعد ذلك وضع هذه المظاريف في مظروف مغلق وتسليمه يدا بيد إلى مكتب منظمة رمينا في العنوان التالي:

يجب استلام الطرد (المظروف) بحلول الموعد النهائي المذكور أعلاه أو سيتم رفضه.

سيتم رفض العطاءات المتأخرة وإعادتها دون فتحها.

يجب تمييز وثائق المناقصة بجميع المعلومات ذات الصلة بالتفصيل، بما في ذلك تاريخ ووقت ومكان تقديم المناقصة.
