Envelopes are available on Amran Office located on Sana’a Street, Next to Lamasat Resturant, Tel; 07\ 614424, During working hours. Providing Official Letter of Interest. 

Envelope costs: -   For free 

Letter of Guarantee: - 1,500$ , Validity Period (120 days). 
 
General Instructions: - 

• Getting envelopes during working hours 09:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. providing a scan of official Letter of Interest. 
• All suppliers should submit two sealed envelopes 1- Financial Proposal. 2- Technical Specifications. 
• All suppliers must follow General Instructions for Suppliers (GIS) provided in ITB documents.
• All suppliers must provide their quotations following BoQ in tender documents and instructions in GIS-ITB. 
• Opening day will be on Amran Branch June 28, 2022 at 10:00 AM. 
• All final prices should include all relevant costs, transportation, taxes and other types of expenses to final site submission. 
• All items proposed by suppliers should indicate production date, country of origin, manufacture certificate and catalogues. 

Financial Envelopes to include: - 
1.    Quotation for each section in USD using their own format but following BoQ order. 
2.    Letter of Guarantee 

Technical Envelopes to include: - 
1.    ITB and GIS Document stamped by suppliers. 
2.    Catalogues for each equipment stamped by suppliers and organized as per ITB-GIS List. 
3.    Administrative and Eligible Documents Mentioned in Requirement Check List.  

Organization preview: -

The Yemen Red Crescent Society (YRCS) is a humanitarian organization established in the southern part of Yemen in 1968. While in the northern part of Yemen, it was established in July 1970 under Presidential Decree No. 15 of 1970. After the blessed unity, it was merged in October 1993 to become one national society (NS). The Yemen NS was recognized by the International Committee of the Red Cross in April 1982 and joined the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement in October 1982.
The tender is for DRC supported program in Amran through back donors’ ECHO. 

Invitation is extended to interested eligible Suppliers to submit Bids for Supply of Rehabilitation of water supply and sewage systems in (Kharef Hospital + the two health centers in Kant and Naat districts) / Kharif District / Amran Governorate. 

With this ITB is the GIS which include the Instructions to Suppliers, Technical Specifications and administrative requirements that Suppliers will need to follow in order to prepare and submit their quotation/bid for consideration by YRCS. 

Lowest price is not necessary the winner but the sum of both technical and financial evaluation will determine the winner. 

YRCS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Purchase Order or Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Supplier/s or any obligation to inform the affected Supplier/s of the ground for YRCS’s action.

تعلن جمعية الهلال الأحمر اليمن ي – فرع عمرا ن عن إنزال المناقص ة التالية :

مشروع إعادة تأهيل أنظمة إمدادات المياه والصرف الصحي في (مستشفى خارف + المركزين الصحيين في عزلتي كانط وناعط) / مديرية خارف / محافظة عمرا ن

فعلى الموردين الراغبين في تقديم عطاءاتهم إتباع الشروط التالية: - 

• يمكن الحصول على وثائق المناقصة من مقر جمعية الهلال الأحمر اليمني – فرع عمران ، شارع صنعاء ، رقم التلفون
• 614424\07 أو 779339009 وذلك خلال ساعات الدوام الرسمي.
• قيمة المظاريف: بدون قيمة. 
• يقدم العطاء في مظروفين مستقلي ن يحتوي المظروف الأول على العرض الفني والثاني على العرض المالي ، ويجب ألا يحتوي العرض الفني على أي معلومات تتعلق بالعرض المالي ، ويوضع ا داخل مظروف مغلق ومختوم بالشمع الأحمر ومكتوب عليه إسم المشروع ورقم المناقصة في الموعد المحدد أعلاه لفتح المظاريف. 
• تفتح المظاريف في مقر جمعية الهلال الأحمر اليمني – فرع عمران بتاريخ 28/06/2022 الساعة العاشرة صباحا بحضور المقاولين المتقدمين أومندوبيهم وأي عطاء يقدم أو يصل بعد هذا الموعد سيرفض وسوف يعاد إلى صاحبه مقفلا. 

يتم تقديم عدد 2 مظاريف بالنحو التالي: - 

-    مظروف مالي: - ويحتوي على التالي: - 

1.    العرض المالي وهو الأسعار التي ستكون على جدول الكميات والشروط المذكورة في وثائق المناقصة وتعليمات الخاصة بالموردين ITB-GIS.
2.    الضمان البنكي أو شيك مقبول الدفع بمبلغ 1،500 دولار.(مدة الضمان 120 يوم).  

-    مظروف فني منفصل: - ويحتوي على التالي: - 

1.    وثائق المناقصة كامله ومختمه من قبل الموردين ITB-GIS.
2.    كتلوجات لجميع الأصناف الداخلة في المناقصة ومختومه بالكامل. 
3.    الأوراق الرسمية والإدارية بحسب جدول المتطلبات في وثائق المناقصة ITB-GIS. 

• تكون أسعار العطاءات نهائية وشامله جميع التكاليف من نقل وحماله ونفاله والضرائب وغيرها من التكاليف. 
• يجب أن يحتوي الملف الفني على معلومات بلد المنشأ و شهائد التصنيع والجوده الخاصة بها إلى جانب الوثائق المطلوبه في جدول المتطلبات. 
• يجب على مقدم العطاء إرفاق وثائق المناقصة المسلمة إليه بعد الإطلاع والتوقيع والختم على كل الأوراق.
• يجب على مقدم العطاء وعلى حسابه أن يقوم بزيارة موقع العمل قب ل تقديم عطاءه ويتحمل مسئولية عدم الزيارة .
