مؤسسة ينابيع الخير الخيرية YKF منظمة إنسانية تنموية غير حكومية ، تأسست في العام 2008م بترخيص رقم( 98/18) الصادر من وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل بالجمهورية اليمنية، كما تم اعتمادها لدى وزارة الخارجية الكويتية ـ شؤون التنمية والتعاون الدولي تحت رقم(1184)، لتنطلق في تقديم مشاريعها المجتمعية و التنموية والإغاثية بكفاءة عالية لما تمتلكه من كادر متميز يستمد خبرته من المشاريع النوعية والمتميزة التي قام بتنفيذها مع تطوير في الجانب الإداري، وقد حصلت المؤسسة على شهادة  ISO 9001 لتصبح بذلك أول مؤسسة خيرية يمنية تحصل على شهادة الجودة العالمية بالإصدار 2015 ، كما تعمل المؤسسة في جميع المحافظات اليمنية ، وتتميز المؤسسة بالعديد من الشراكات مع الجانب الرسمي والمنظمات المحلية والدولية.

 وكجزء من التزام مؤسسة ينابيع الخير الخيرية YKF باجندة التوطين، تبحث YKF عن المنظمات غير حكومية المحلية التي ترغب في العمل معنا وذلك لتحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية للمؤسسة لتلبية احتياجات المجتمع المدني في اليمن، ولذا تسعى YKF لفتح باب الشراكة مع NNGOs في اليمن التي تعمل وفق المبادئ الانسانية بناءً على التصنيف التالي:

١. منظمات غير حكومية محلية كبيرة: ويقصد بها المنظمات المحلية التي تعمل في اليمن خلال الثلاث السنوات الماضية ولديها عضوية مع أحد الكلاسترات أو أكثر ولديها شراكات مع مانحين دوليين.

٢. منظمات غير حكومية محلية ناشئة: يقصد بها المنظمات المحلية محدودة الدخل ولديها قدرة على الوصول بإمكانياتها الذاتية ويصعب عليها الحصول على تمويل من المانحين.

 وهذه الدعوة لعمل قاعدة بيانات للمنظمات غير الحكومية المحلية العاملة في اليمن التي تعرب عن اهتمامها للشراكة مع YKF ، وبالتالي فهو ليس طلباً للحصول على تمويل في الوقت الحالي، ولكن في حالة وجود فرصة للتمويل فسوم تقوم YKF بالتواصل مع القائمة المختصرة من المنظمات المتقدمة في كل منطقة وكل قطاع وفقاً لذلك في حال تطابق الشروط.

Yanabia Al-Khair Charity Foundation (YKF) is a non-governmental humanitarian and developmental organization established in 2008 with license number (98/18) issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor of the Republic of Yemen. It has also been accredited by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Development and International Cooperation Affairs under number (1184). The foundation has launched its community, developmental, and relief projects with high efficiency, thanks to its distinguished staff who draw their expertise from the quality and outstanding projects they have implemented, along with development in the administrative aspect. The foundation has obtained the ISO 9001 certification, becoming the first Yemeni charity to receive the global quality certificate in the 2015 release. The foundation operates in all Yemeni governorates and is distinguished by many partnerships with the official side and local and international organizations.

As part of YKF's commitment to the localization agenda, YKF is looking for local non-governmental organizations interested in working with us to achieve the foundation's strategic goals to meet the needs of civil society in Yemen. Therefore, YKF seeks to open the door for partnership with NNGOs in Yemen that operate according to humanitarian principles based on the following classification:

1. Large local non-governmental organizations: Referring to local organizations that have been operating in Yemen for the past three years, have membership in one or more clusters, and have partnerships with international donors.

2. Emerging local non-governmental organizations: Referring to local organizations with limited income that have the capacity to reach out with their own resources and find it difficult to obtain funding from donors.

This call is to create a database of local non-governmental organizations operating in Yemen that express interest in partnering with YKF.

Therefore, it is not a request for funding at this time. However, should there be an opportunity for funding, YKF will contact the shortlisted organizations in each region and sector accordingly if the conditions match.
