INVITATION TO BID

United Nations Development Programme, hereinafter referred to as UNDP  hereby invites prospective bidders to submit a bid for Long term agreement (LTA) - Provision of Laptops, Display Monitors, Printers, and Maintenance Services including consumables supply distributed in 4 LOTs  in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).

Lot-1: Provision of Laptops and display monitors.
Lot-2: Provision of Printers
Lot-3: Maintenance service including consumables supply for Existed Xerox printers.
Lot-4: Maintenance service including consumables supply for Existed HP and BROTHER printers.

PRE-BID SUBMISSION MEETING

Note: Pre-Bid submission virtual conference meeting aimed to provide clarifications feedback to interested bidders.
