الموضوع: تقديم عروض سعر توريد ادوية لمشروع "تقديم خدمات الصحة المتكاملة" في مستشفى حيس- محافظة الحديدة.

تدعو منظمة البعثة المتحدة للإغاثة والتنمية الموردين/ الشركات المؤهلة والمهتمة لتقديم عروض الأسعار الخاصة بتوريد الادوية. يمكن الحصول على ملفات التقديم من خلال الرابط:

شروط تقديم العطاءات (عروض السعر):

يجب أن تسلم العطاءات موقعة ومختومة في مظروف مغلق ومختوم بالشمع الأحمر ويجب أن ترفق بما يلي:

• صورة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول.
• صورة من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول.
• صورة من ترخيص/شهادة مزاولة مهنة سارية المفعول. 
• صورة من البطاقة الشخصية للمورد/ المالك.
• ان يكون لدى المورد حساب بنكي باسم تجاري يطابق نفس الاسم في السجل التجاري والبطاقة الضريبية.
• يجب أن يكون العرض ساري المفعول لمدة شهر واحد على الاقل.
• يجب أن يكون للمتقدم خبرات ذات صلة في القيام بأعمال مماثلة وعمل مع منظمات او جهات أخرى في نفس المجال (ارفاق ما يحقق ذلك).
• يجب ان يحتوي العطاء على عرض فني وعرض مالي كما هو موضح في الشروط المرجعية، ويجب ان يكون مختوم بختم مقدم العطاء على كل صفحة (يتم استبعاد العطاءات غير المختومة من المعاينة).
• ستخضع أي منح لاحقة لشروط وأحكام طلب الشراء المعيارية الخاصة بمنظمة البعثة المتحدة للإغاثة والتنمية. يتم طلب عينات من المنتج للتأكد من مطابقته للمواصفات.
• العطاء يقدم بالدولار والدفع سيكون بالدولار.
• يعتبر العطاء ملغي في حالة عدم توفر أي من الشروط أعلاه.
• في حال وجود استفسارات يتم التواصل عبر عنوان البريد الإلكتروني (mkamel@umrelief.org). 
• أخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات يوم الخميس الموافق 22/08/2024، في موعد أقصاه الساعة 3:00 عصراً إلى عنوان مكتب المنظمة والموضح أعلاه.

ملاحظة:

1.    تحتفظ منظمة البعثة المتحدة للإغاثة والتنمية بحق قبول العطاءات أو رفضها (بعضها او جميعها) دون إبداء الأسباب ودون أية مسئولية في ذلك أو التزامها بدفع أي أتعاب أو مصروفات لمن رفض عطاؤه.
2.    علما أن المنظمة غير ملزمة بالترسية على أقل العطاءات.
3.    سيعتمد الاختيار على مدى الامتثال لمتطلبات طلب عرض السعر وأفضل قيمة عامة (التكلفة، فترة صلاحية العرض، توافر العناصر والكميات المطلوبة، الجودة، والأداء السابق للمورد)..

Invitation for Bids

Ref: RFQ/ Submitting bids / price quote for supplying medicines for UMR project "Providing Integrated Health Services” in Hais Hospital- Hodeidah Gov.

United Mission for Relief & Development invites qualified and interested suppliers/companies to submit their price bids. Bids docs can be obtained via link:

Terms of submitting the Bid (Price Quote):

Bids must be submitted stamped in a sealed envelope sealed with red wax. Bids must be accompanied by the following:

• A valid copy of tax card.
• A valid copy of the commercial register.
• A valid copy of professional license/certificate.
• A copy of Vendor’s/ Owner ID.
• The supplier bank account should match their commercial name as well as tax name.
• The bid should be valid for at least One Month.
• The applicant must have relevant experience in carrying out similar work and working with other organizations or entities in the same field (Provide vetting documents).
• The submitted bid should contain a technical bid and a financial bid as described in the terms of reference and all sheets of the proposal must be stamped. Otherwise, the bid will be excluded from the process.
• Any subsequent grants will be subjected to the terms and conditions of UMR purchase standards. Samples of the product will be requested to ensure compliance with specifications. 
• The bid should be submitted in US Dollars and payment shall be in Dollars.
• The bid will be considered invalid if none compliance with the above terms.
• Inquiries shall be sent to the Email address (mkamel@umrelief.org). 
• The deadline for submitting bids to UMR office is Thursday, 22/08/2024, no later than 3:00 PM. 

Note:

1.    UMR reserves the right to accept or reject the bid (One Bid or All Bids) without giving reasons and without any liability or obligation to pay any fees or expenses to those whose bid is rejected.
2.    UMR is not obligated to consider the lowest bid.
3.    Selection shall be based on compliance with the requirements of the request for quotation and the best overall value (cost, validity period of the bid, availability of required items and quantities, quality, and past performance for the Supplier).
