عن ريادة:

مؤسسة الأمل للتدريب وريادة الأعمال (ريادة) هي مؤسسة تنموية غير ربحية تأسست عام 2013 ، من قبل وزارة العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية في اليمن بموجب ترخيص رقم (13/14/ م).

تتمثل رؤيتها في أن تكون نموذج ملهم للتمكين الاقتصادي، وذلك عبر تمكين الشباب من خلال الاستثمار في مهاراتهم، ورعاية مهاراتهم في ريادة الاعمال، ودعمهم بخدمات تطوير الاعمال لتعزيز مشاركتهم المنتجة في الأنشطة الاقتصادية.

About Reyadah:

Al-Amal Foundation for Training and Entrepreneurship (Reyadah) is a non-profit developmental foundation, established in 2013, by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in Yemen under License No. (13/14/M).

Its vision is to be an inspiring model in economic empowerment, by empowering young people by investing in their skills, nurturing their entrepreneurial skills, and supporting them with business development services to enhance their productive participation in economic activities.

يأتي هذا الاعلان في اطار تحديث القوائم للمدربين والاستشاريين والمرشدين الافراد ومزودي الخدمات الاستشارية المسجلين لدى مؤسسة الأمل للتدريب وريادة الأعمال (ريادة) والذي تقوم بتنفيذ مشاريع تنموية وتقدم خدمات التدريب والاستشارات والإرشاد التوجيه لرواد الأعمال، وأصحاب الشركات الناشئة، والمشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة وفقًا لأفضل الممارسات والمعايير لضمان الكفاءة والفعالية العالية، هذا بالإضافة إلى أعداد الدراسات والبحوث والمسوحات المتخصصة. 

About the opportunity:

This announcement comes within the framework of updating the lists of trainers, consultants, individual mentors, and advisory services providers that registered with Al-Amal Foundation for Training and Entrepreneurship (Reyadah), which implements development projects and provides training, consulting, and mentorship services to entrepreneurs, startup owners, and small and medium enterprises, according to best practices and standards to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness, in addition to developing studies, research, and specialized surveys.

وعليه تدعو مؤسسة ريادة جميع المدربين والاستشاريين والمرشدين الافراد ومزودي الخدمات الاستشارية للتعبير عن اهتمامهم من خلال هذه الدعوة والتقديم في المجالات التالية:

1-    التدريب.
2-    الاستشارات.
3-    الارشاد والتوجيه.
4-    الدراسات والبحوث.
5-    تقييم احتياج، مسح سوق، دراسة سوقيه.
6-    تصميم ادلة. 
7-    اعداد المناهج بنوعيها (مناهج تعليم الكتروني، مناهج لقاعات تدريبية)  مثلا مناهج الشمول المالي, الخدمات البنكية, المهارات الحياتية, ريادة الاعمال وغيرها 

Accordingly, Reyadah invites all trainers, consultants, mentors and consulting service providers to express their interest through this invitation and submission in the following areas:

1- Training.

2- Consultations.

3- Mentorship

4 Studies and researches.

5- Need assessment, Market survey, and Market study.

6- Development manuals.

7- Preparing curriculums (e-learning curricula, curricula for training halls(such as Financial inclusion, banking services. Life skills, entrepreneurship and ect…

المؤهلات والخبرات:

•    المدربين والاستشاريين والمرشدين الافراد:

1-    ان يكون حاصلاً على شهادة جامعية في مجال ذو صلة.
2-    ان يكون لديه خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في احد المجالات المطلوبة.

•    مزودي الخدمات الاستشارية:

1-    ان يكون لديه خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في احد المجالات المطلوبة.

Qualifications and experience:

Individual trainers, consultants, and mentors:

1-    University degree in a related field.
2-    Minimum of three years of experience in the required field.

Consulting service providers:

1-    Minimum of two years of experience in the required field.

الوثائق التي يجب تقديمها:

المدربين والاستشاريين الافراد:

(السيرة الذاتية ،اعمال سابقة، أي وثائق داعمة أخرى).

مزودي الخدمات الاستشارية:

(ملف تعريف عن الشركة/ المؤسسة، صورة السجل التجاري سارية المفعول، صورة البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول، صورة مزاولة المهنة سارية المفعول، البطاقة الزكوية).

Documents that should be submitted:

Individual trainers, consultants, and mentors:

Consulting service providers:

(The company/foundation profile, a valid copy of the commercial registration, a copy of a valid tax Card, Zakat Card, a copy of a valid profession practice(

ملاحظات هامة:

1-    لن يتم النظر في أي تقديم بعد انتهاء الموعد المحدد في هذا الاعلان.
2-    يتعهد أي مدرب واستشاري ومزود خدمة استشارية يرغب في التسجيل بأن كافة المعلومات المقدمة حديثة ودقيقة وليس فيها أي غموض أو تضليل.
3-    التعبئة لنموذج التسجيل لا يعني ذلك بأن المؤسسة تقدم ضماناً أو تتعهد للمقدم بأي التزامات تجاهه.
4-    المؤسسة غير ملزمة بإصدار أي طلب عروض أسعار او عقود للذين عبروا عن رغبتهم من خلال التسجيل.
5-    معايير الاختيار لتقديم العروض بحسب طلب واحتياج المؤسسة وهي: الإمكانيات الفنية والمالية والإدارية / الجودة / الأداء المتميز / الأسعار التنافسية.

1- No submission will be considered after the deadline specified in this announcement.
2- Trainers, consultants, mentors, or consulting service providers wish to register undertake that all information provided is current and accurate and does not contain any ambiguity or misinformation.
3- Filling out the registration form does not mean that the institution provides a guarantee or undertakes any obligations towards the applicant.
4-The foundation is not obligated to issue any request for quotations or contracts to those who have expressed their desire through registration.
5-Selection criteria for submitting offers according to the request and need of the foundation, which are: technical, financial, and administrative capabilities/quality / outstanding performance / competitive prices.
