وكالة التنمية والإغاثة (أدرا) هي وكالة إنسانية مستقلة أنشئت لغرض محدد هو توفير التنمية الفردية والمجتمعية والإغاثة في حالات الكوارث. تعمل وكالة أدرا العالمية في 142 دولة حول العالم وبدأت نشاطها في اليمن منذ العام 1995. ولها وجود في 14 محافظة في اليمن تستجيب فيها لجميع مجالات القطاعات الإنسانية بما فيها الرعاية الصحية الأولية، والتنمية الاقتصادية، والتعليم، والأمن الغذائي.

تدعو منظمة أدرا اليمن لتقديم عطاءات مغلقة من جميع الموردين المؤهلين لـــ:

تقديم خدمات استبدال القسائم بمواد غذائية بمحافظة ذمار لعدد 6 دورات توزيع شهرية

توفر اتفاقية الخدمات الاطارية إطارًا للطلبات المتكررة للسلع والخدمات بسعر ثابت وعادل مع السماح بطلب كميات وانواع ثابتة او متغيرة من السلع والخدمات وتواريخ التسليم.

يجب تسليم العطاءات إلى مكتب ادرا اليمن في صنعاء - فج عطان - شارع بيروت - خلف السفارة الاندنوسية - قسم المشتريات.

 في موعد اقصاه 12 ابريل 2023 م قبل الساعة 02:00 مساءً  بتوقيت اليمن.

العطاءات المسلمة بعد التاريخ الموضح اعلاة لن يتم النظر اليها .

ستعقد جلسة فتح العطاءات في 16 ابريل 2023 الساعة 10:00 صباحًا في مكتب أدرا -صنعاء .

يجب تسليم العطاءات مغلقة بالشمع الاحمر ومختومة مع ذكر التفاصيل التالية على الظرف المغلق:

Framework Service Agreement for Commodity Voucher 

The Adventist Development Relief Agency (ADRA) is an independent humanitarian agency established for the specific purpose of providing individual and community development and disaster relief. ADRA International operates in 142 countries around the world and started its activity in Yemen since 1995. It has a presence in 14 governorates in Yemen in which it responds to all areas of the humanitarian sectors including primary health care, economic development, education, and food security.

ADRA Yemen invites closed bids from all qualified suppliers for:

Providing commodity voucher redemption services in Dhamar Governorate for 6 monthly distribution cycles

The Framework Service Agreement provides a framework for recurring orders for goods and services at a fixed and fair price with permission to order fixed or variable quantities and types of goods, services, and delivery dates.

Tenders must be submitted to ADRA office, Sana’a, Faj Attan - Beirut St. - Behind the Indonesian Embassy, Procurement Department, by April 12, 2023, before 02:00 PM, Yemen Timing.

Submission Tenders after the date mentioned will not be considered.

The tender opening session will take a place on April 16, 2023, at 10:00 AM in ADRA -Sana’a Office. 

All tenders should be submitted in SEALED envelopes and clearly marked:
