Letter of Guarantee: - 2,000 USD – Validity Period (120 days).
General Instructions: -
- Getting envelopes during working hours 09:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m. providing a scan of official Letter of Interest sent to above emails.
- All suppliers should submit one sealed envelope: Financial Proposal & Technical Specifications with required documents mentioned on RFP.
- All suppliers must follow Request for Proposal (RFP) instructions.
- All suppliers can apply to provide their service in Sana’a or Amran or at both cities with providing separate offers for each city.
- All final prices should include all relevant costs, moving vehicles to receiving points, taxes and other types of expenses to final destinations.

The Yemen Red Crescent Society is a humanitarian organization established in the so-called southern part of Yemen in 1968. While in the so-called the northern part of Yemen, it was established in July 1970 under Presidential Decree No. 15 of 1970. After the blessed unity, it was merged in October 1993 to become one national society. The Yemen NS was recognized by the International Committee of the Red Cross in April 1982 and joined the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement in October 1982.
YRCS Head Quarter Sana’a is located at 26 Sep. Street | Building no. 10 | Sana'a Republic of Yemen.
Lowest price is not necessary the winner but the sum of both technical and financial evaluation will determine the winner.
YRCS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Purchase Order or Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Supplier/s or any obligation to inform the affected Supplier/s of the ground for YRCS’s action.

• يتم تقديم عدد مظروف واحد يحتوي على العرض المالي والفني و ضمان بمكي أو شيك مقبول الدفع بمبلغ 2،000 دولار أمريكي ساري المفعول لمدة 120 يوم.
• يستطيع الموردين المؤهلين التقديم في مدينة صنعاء أو عمران أو كلاهما بحسب الرغبة على أن يتم تسليم مظاريف منفصله (مالي وفني) لكل قسم على حده.
• تكون أسعار العطاءات نهائية وشامله جميع التكاليف من توصيل السيارة إلى مكان الإستلام وغيرها من التكاليف.
• أخر موعد لإستلام المظاريف كامله بحسب الموعد النهائي تاريخ 26/09/2021 م الساعة 01:00 ظهرا وسيتم إعلان موعد الفتح في وقت لاحق بعد التنسيق مع الجهات الرسمية.
• رب العمل غير ملزم بقبول اقل عطاء او غيره من العطاءات.
