Introductory workshop on the procurement and tendering system of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations

Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations in Yemen is pleased to invite all interested suppliers/dealers/manufacturers/distributors/service providers to attend an orientation session on the FAO Procurement Tendering system orientation session. This session is designed to help you effectively navigate business opportunities with FAO.

Agenda Highlights:

• Provide an overview of the tendering process. 
• Finding Business Opportunities – How to identify and apply for FAO tenders. 
• Introduction to UNGM/In-Tend System – Registration and navigation guide 
• Share tips and best practices for preparing competitive and complete bids. 
• Answer any questions you may have regarding the bidding procedures.

ورشة عمل تعريفية حول نظام المشتريات والمناقصات في منظمة الأغذية والزراعة للأمم المتحدة في اليمن 

يسرّ منظمة الأغذية والزراعة للأمم المتحدة (الفاو) في اليمن دعوة جميع الموردين/المقاولين/التجار/المصنعين/الموزعين/مقدمي الخدمات والراغبين في حضور هذه الورشة التعريفية وذلك لغرض المساعدة في استكشاف فرص الحصول على عقود مع منظمة الفاو.

محاور الورشة:

• تقديم نظرة عامة عن اجراءات المناقصات في المنظمة.
• كيفية التقديم للحصول على فرص عقود مع المنظمة.
• مقدمة عن نظام المناقصات UNGM/In-Tend وكيفية التسجيل ووالبحث عن فرص عقود.
• تقديم ارشادات عامة في مجال المناقصات وماهي أفضل الممارسات لإعداد العطاءات التنافسية.
• الإجابة على أي أسئلة او استفسارات بخصوص إجراءات المناقصات.
