Introduction:

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people. NRC advocates for the rights of displaced populations and helps within the shelter, education, emergency food security, legal assistance, and water, sanitation, and hygiene sectors.

Project Description:

NRC seeks qualified construction companies to bid on the construction of new shelters for five IDP sites in Marib City, Yemen.

Bid Submission:

Deadline: July 25th, 2024 (no late bids accepted)

Submission Instructions:

1.    Review: Thoroughly review all bid documents to ensure your proposal meets all requirements.
2.    Prepare: Complete your bid proposal in accordance with the specified conditions and specifications.
3.    Upload: Submit all required documents electronically through the "Upload Bid" link on the advertisement website.

Important:

• Each document must be submitted individually (no zipped folders).
• Include all mandatory legal documents (listed below).

Mandatory Legal Documents:

• Copy of Valid Commercial Registration-Compulsory 
• Valid Tax Card -Compulsory
• Business Bank Account Information-Compulsory

Only bids submitted by companies fulfilling above criteria will be considered.

Tender Guarantee:

A separate tender guarantee of USD 3,000 must be submitted physically in a sealed envelope to one of the NRC offices listed below:

1.    NRC Aden Office: Al Insha'at Villas, Behind Al-Amal Bank, 90 St., Dar Sa'ad, Aden, Yemen
2.    NRC Sana'a Office: Hadda Road, Behind AL Fakher Restaurant, Sana'a, Yemen

Additional Information:

• Questions: Submit questions through the dedicated "Questioner Link  Q/A" on the advertisement website (not the bid submission link). Question deadline is July 21, 2024.
• Information Meeting: Highly recommended attendance (details provided in Section 2, Point 3 of the ITB document). Date and time confirmed on Schedule & Deadline for Submission in the ITB doc.
• Site Visits: Highly encouraged to visit targeted locations before submitting your bid.
• Previous Experience: All bidders must provide a copy of relevant previous experience in the technical offer.(Compulsory)
• Offer Validity: Clearly state the validity period of your offer and confirm the delivery timeline (detailed implementation plan required) (Compulsory)

مقدمة:

وصف المشروع:

يبحث المجلس النرويجي للاجئين عن شركات بناء مؤهلة لتقديم عطاءات لبناء ملاجئ جديدة لخمسة مواقع للنازحين في مدينة مأرب، اليمن.

مهم:

• يجب تقديم كل مستند على حدة (بدون مجلدات مضغوطة).

كفالة العطاء:

يجب تقديم كفالة عطاء منفصلة بمبلغ 3000 دولار أمريكي في ظرف مغلق إلى أحد مكاتب المجلس النرويجي للاجئين المدرجة أدناه:

1.    مكتب المجلس النرويجي للاجئين في عدن: فيلل الإنشاءات، خلف بنك الأمل، شارع التسعين، مديرية دار سعد، عدن، اليمن.
2.    مكتب المجلس النرويجي للاجئين في صنعاء: طريق حدة، خلف مطعم الفاخر، صنعاء، اليمن.

معلومات إضافية:

• الأسئلة: أرسل الأسئلة من خلال " رابط السؤال" المخصص على موقع الإعلان (وليس رابط تقديم العروض). الموعد النهائي للأسئلة هو 21 يوليو 2024.
• اجتماع تقديم المعلومات: يوصى بشدة بالحضور (ستتم توفير التفاصيل في القسم 2، البند 3 من وثيقة وثائق طلب العروض). سيتم تأكيد التاريخ والوقت في جدول تقديم العروض والمواعيد النهائية في وثيقة وثائق طلب العروض.
• زيارات المواقع: يُشجع بشدة على زيارة المواقع المستهدفة قبل تقديم العرض.
• الخبرة السابقة: يجب على جميع مقدمي العروض تقديم نسخة من الخبرة السابقة ذات الصلة في العرض الفني (إلزامي).
• صلاحية العرض: حدد بوضوح فترة صلاحية عرض
