The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of PROGRAMMES - SHELTER/NFI, the IOM Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (“BEAC”) in Yemen now invites Bidders to submit “Bid” for the supply and delivery of Plastic Sheets, Blankets and Kitchen Set as per BOQ and Annexes Attached (Please click on the below link to download the Docs)

Bidders will Have to include the breakdown of the price in the BOQ and Prices are fixed, inclusive of transportation, packing, loading/offloading and insured until the destination set by IOM.

Packing will be subject to IOM request and according to the breakdown provided as needed. Bidders to include the Price of a full kit in Annex A, B and separate items in Annex C

All Packing and marking should include list of contents in English and Arabic and buyer logo. Samples provided at submission should reflect the required.

The buyer logo’s and final marking will be provided at the time of awarding the contract.
 
Submission of Proposal & Closing Date & Time

1.    A complete set of Bidding Documents is available for issuance to Interested Bidders at https://yemenhr.com/tenders/ and www.YemenHR.com on until (18 -05-2022).
2.    The reference (SHELTER/NFI) (ADE-SFI-2022-20239 / ADE-SFI-2022-20238) must be written on the email subject containing the “Bid”.
3.    “Bid” must be received by IOM Mission in Yemen latest by 02:00 PM. On 22- May -2022. Bids received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated and the submission should be sent by email through iomyemenprocbids@iom.int and the BID SECURITY should be submitted a hard copy to IOM Aden Office.
4.    A BID SECURITY in the amount of 2.0% of the total bid amount is required and should be valid for 90 calendar days.
5.    IOM will evaluate Vendor’s Eligibility through the submitted sample and documents as below:

  • Vendor Information Sheet (VIS) with all the required documents and Signed IOM Yemen Vendor Code of Conduct
  • Provision of 2.0% Bid Security
  • Bid Form 1 & Price Schedule Form 2
  • Accomplished Annexes (Items specification) 
  • Valid Government Registration Documents (Business Permits)
  • Valid Taxation Cards
  • Proven Experience for at least 3 years with UN/INGO (attach copy of Contracts/PO/reference)
  • Active good Standing Bank Details

6.    Vendor will be evaluated based on Price, Quality of the Samples (upon request, and Capacity to deliver. You must carefully read the specifications provided.
7.    All vendors should register on the IOM YEMEN Vendor Portal Vendor Registration Platform
8.    All requests for formal clarification or queries on this IFB must be submitted in
writing to email address iomyemenprocbids@iom.int Please make sure that the e-mail mentions the IFB reference number. Only written inquiries will be entertained.
9.    If partial Bid is accepted. IOM may select and award each item to different vendors.
10.    Bids shall be valid for a period of Ninety calendar days (90 cd) after submission of Bids.
11.    IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid and to annul the selection process and reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected suppliers.
12.    Pre-bid bid conference will be held at IOM Office – Aden on May 12, 2022 at 12:00 PM.
