Oxfam are conducting a tender process within [Yemen Programme] and invites your submission of a proposal to provide Oxfam, within their requirements, for:

• Rehab. of 3 Water Scheme Systems (Alkharaza, Alhaija & Aljanbour)
• Supply & Installation of 2 Ea. Reverse Osmosis Desalination for for Alkharaza & Alhaija Water Project.
• Supply and Installation of 3 Ea. Solar Submersible Pumps for Alkharaza, Alhaija & AlGanbour Water Scheme Systems.

As per the conditions detailed in the Tender Dossier, the tender dossier can be obtained by interested parties by sending a request (Official stamped letter) to the email address Hajjah_tenders@oxfam.org.uk with mentioning the tender reference number ITT-YESHA-21-0001 in the email's subject.

The deadline for the collection of the Tender Dossier is 12 September 2021 at 02:00 pm (Yemen time).

The deadline for submission of tenders is [04/10/2021] at 2pm (Yemen time).

Note:

Oxfam will ignore all requests with no attached Official stamped letters or all requests which do not mention tender reference number ITT-YESHA-21-0001 in the email's subject.

The tender dossier accompanied by a bid bond equivalent to 3% from the total value of the submitted financial offer (in a form of a bank guarantee or certified cheque under Oxfam GB -Yemen name to be enveloped along with  the sealed financial offer). Failure to submit the bid bond will not entitle bidders by to be technically & economically evaluated, automatically their offers will be rejected.

Oxfam does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.

توريد و تركيب محطتين تحلية لمياه الشرب لمشروع مياه الخرازة والهيجة

توريد وتركيب ثلاث مضخات طاقة شمسية لشبكة مياه الهيجة و الخرازة و القنبور

حسب الشروط المفصلة في ملف المناقصة. يمكن الحصول على ملف العطاء من قبل الأطراف المهتمة بإرسال طلب (خطاب رسمي مختوم) إلى عنوان البريد الإلكتروني Hajjah_tenders@oxfam.org.uk

مع ذكر الرقم المرجعي للمناقصة ITT-YESHA-21-0001 في موضوع البريد الإلكتروني.

الموعد النهائي لمشاركة ملف المناقصة مع المقاولين المهتمين هو 12 سبتمبر 2021 الساعة 02:00 بعد الظهر (بتوقيت اليمن).

الموعد النهائي لتقديم العطاءات هو [ 04 اكتوبر2021] في تمام الساعة 02:00 بعد الظهر (بتوقيت اليمن) .

ملحوظة:

ستتجاهل منظمة أوكسفام جميع الطلبات التي لا تحتوي على خطابات رسمية مختومة مرفقة أو جميع الطلبات التي لا يذكر الرقم المرجعي للمناقصة ITT-YESHA-21-0001 في موضوع البريد الإلكتروني.

حسب الشروط الواردة في ملف العطاء ملف المناقصه مصحوبا بضمان عطاء بنكي أو شيك مقبول الدفع بما يعادل 3% من قيمة العطاء المـــالي . الفشلم في تقديم سند العطاء لن يؤهل مقدم العطاء للتقييم الفني والمالي وسيلغى العرض تلقائيا

,و الفشل في تقديم سند العطاء ,لن يؤهل الموردين للتقيم الفني والمالي ,وستلغى عروضهم اوتوماتيكيا.

لا تلتزم أوكسفام بمنح العطاء لأدنى عرض ، وتحتفظ بالحق في قبول العرض كله أو جزء منه.
