Yemen Al-Khair for Relief and Development (YARD) is looking for qualified contractors to submit their quotations for the tender mentioned below:

 مؤسسة يمن الخير للإغاثة والتنمية تبحث عن مقاولين مؤهلين لتقديم عروضهم للمناقصة المذكورة ادناه:

The tender will be conducted using YARD standard bidding documents, open to all qualified contractors. The bidding documents are available in the link shown in the above table. 

سوف تجري المناقصة باستخدام وثائق  مؤسسة يمن الخير YARD لمعايير العطاء ويمكن لجميع المقاولين  المؤهلين الحصول على وثيقة المناقصة عن طريق الرابط الموضحة في الجدول اعلاه.  

Please read the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS for qualifications and requirements. 

يرجى الاطلاع على تعليمات مقدمين العطاءات الموجوده في وثائق المناقصه للحصول على المؤهلات والمتطلبات ، 

All bids must be submitted to YARD Gas Area – Behind CAC Bank-Ataq- Shabwah Gov – Republic of Yemen. - not later than Wednesday. May. 08, 2024 at 02:00 P.M.

Note: ” Technical and financial Offers must be separated”

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address indicated above, marked with the name of the Entity, tender reference number, type of tender, and the name of the contractor together with;

1. A bank guarantee, or certified cheque, that is non-cancellable and must be valid for 120 days from the date of the opening of envelopes with an amount no less than %2.5 from the total price offered
2. A copy of valid Commercial Registry.
3. A copy of valid tax card.
4. A copy of Zakat Card 
5. A Copy of valid practicing license
6. All other terms and requirements as stated in the bidding document

أخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات  هو يوم الاربعاء  الموافق 08 مايو  2024م في تمام الساعة 02:00 ظهرا في مظروف مختوم إلى مؤسسة يمن الخير للإغاثة والتنمية (حي العاز – خلف كاك بنك - عتق – شبوه-الجمهورية اليمنية)

ملاحظة: " يجب وضع العروض الفنية والمالية المقدمة في مظاريف منفصلة"  

يجب تقديم العطاءات في مظروف مختوم إلى العنوان المشار إليه أعلاه، مع ذكر اسم الجهة، رقم مرجع المناقصة، نوع المناقصة، واسم المقاول، بالإضافة إلى:-

1. ضمانة بنكية ابتدائية غير قابلة للأغاء وغير مشروطة أو شيك مصادق ساري المفعول لمدة 120 يوم من تاريخ فتح المظاريف. وبمبلغ لا يقل عن 2.5% من اجمالي مبلغ العطاء
2.  نسخة من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول.
3. نسخة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول.
4. نسخة من البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول 
5. نسخة من رخصة ممارسة المهنة ساريه المفعول.
6. جميع الشروط والمتطلبات الأخرى الواردة في وثيقة المناقصة.
