The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental humanitarian organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of providing durable shelter solution for displaced families in Yemen the IOM Bids Evaluation and Award Committee (“BEAC”) now invites those Interested contractors to bid for the proposed Supply and construction of Transitional Shelters for 655 families in Moshij and She'b Naba' IDP sites in Al Khukhah district, Al Hodeidah Governorate as per the attached BoQ and drawings.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 4 Months after submission of Bids and must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 2.0 (%) of the total Bid price in the form of Bank Guarantee or certified cheque valid for four (4) months from last date of submission and shall be delivered to the BEAC at IOM Aden sub-office, UN Enclave, Khormaksar, Aden on or before 23-May 2022 by 02:00 pm.

Late bids shall be rejected.

Prospective Bidder requiring any clarification of the bidding documents may notify IOM in writing by email at IOM’s address iomyemenprocbids@iom.int , with email subject “Enquiry Supply and construction of Transitional Shelters for 655 families in Moshij and She'b Naba' IDP sites in Al Khukhah district, Al Hodeidah Governorate - with installation on the sites, Aden, Yemen. RFQ # MOK-SFI-2022- 50168  No later than 5 days before submission of bids, Namely by 23-May 2022.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
