Oxfam are conducting a tender process within [Yemen Programme] and invites your submission of a proposal to provide Oxfam, within their requirements, for:

The deadline for submission of tenders is [29/07/2021] at 3pm (Yemen time) upon conditions in the tender dossier accompanied by bid bond 3%  bank guarantee or certified check. Failure to submit the bid bond will not entitle bidders by bid bond 3% bank guarantee or certified check with to be technically & economically evaluated, automatically their offers will be rejected

Oxfam does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.

مابين الساعة 8 صباحا الى 4 مساءا من الأحد الى الخميس 

الموعد النهائي لتقديم العطاءات هو [ 29 يوليو 2021] في تمام الساعة 03:00 عصراً (بتوقيت اليمن) حسب الشروط الواردة في ملف العطاء مصحوب بضمان عطاء بنكي,او شيك مقبول الدفع  3% من قيمة العطاء,و الفشل في تقديم سند العطاء ,لن يؤهل الموردين للتقيم الفني والمالي ,وستلغى عروضهم اوتوماتيكيا.

لا تلتزم أوكسفام بمنح العطاء لأدنى عرض ، وتحتفظ بالحق في قبول العرض كله أو جزء منه.
