The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people. NRC advocates for the rights of displaced populations and helps within the shelter, education, emergency food security, legal assistance, and water, sanitation, and hygiene sectors.

Project Description:

NRC seeks qualified construction companies to bid on the Rehabilitation of Taiz City Pumping Line in Al-Dhabab Valley in Hathran Sub-district -Taiz Gov, Yemen.

Additional Information:

• Questions: Submit questions through the dedicated "Q/A Link" on the advertisement website (not the bid submission link). Question deadline is July 25th, 2024.
• Information Meeting: Highly recommended attendance (details provided in Section 2, Point 3 of the ITB document). Date and time confirmed on Schedule & Deadline for Submission in the ITB doc.
  The meeting will be conducted in NRC Taiz office, all bidder shall attend to the office @ 09:00 AM.

• Site Visits: All bids must include a document verifying a site visit, signed by the supervising engineer, attached to the technical envelope. Failure to provide this document will result in disqualification. visiting targeted locations before submitting your bid-(Compulsory)
  After the information meeting in NRC Taiz office, the bidder who attend the meeting will go together to the project site for the site inspection.
• Previous Experience: All bidders must provide a copy of relevant previous experience in the technical offer- (Compulsory).
• Offer Validity: Clearly state the validity period of your offer and confirm the delivery timeline (detailed implementation plan required) - (Compulsory).

المجلس النرويجي للاجئين هو منظمة إنسانية غير حكومية ولديه 60 عامًا من الخبرة في المساعدة على خلق حياة أكثر أمانًا وكرامة للاجئين والنازحين داخليًا. المجلس النرويجي للاجئين يدافع عن حقوق السكان النازحين ويقدم المساعدة داخل المأوى ، والتعليم ، والأمن الغذائي في حالات الطوارئ ، والمساعدة القانونية ، وقطاعات المياه والصرف الصحي والنظافة.

وصف المشروع:

يبحث المجلس النرويجي للاجئين عن شركات إعادة تأهيل خط ضخ مدينة تعز بوادي الضباب بمديرية حذران – محافظة تعز.

1.    مكتب المجلس النرويجي للاجئين في عدن: فيلل الإنشاءات، خلف بنك الأمل، شارع التسعين، مديرية دار سعد، عدن، اليمن.
2.    مكتب المجلس النرويجي للاجئين في صنعاء: طريق حدة، خلف مطعم الفاخر، صنعاء، اليمن.

معلومات إضافية:

• الأسئلة: أرسل الأسئلة من خلال " رابط السؤال" المخصص على موقع الإعلان (وليس رابط تقديم العروض). الموعد النهائي للأسئلة هو 25 يوليو 2024.
• اجتماع تقديم المعلومات: يوصى بشدة بالحضور (ستتم توفير التفاصيل في القسم 2، البند 3 من وثيقة وثائق طلب العروض). سيتم تأكيد التاريخ والوقت في جدول تقديم العروض والمواعيد النهائية في وثيقة وثائق طلب العروض.

• زيارات المواقع: يجب أن تتضمن جميع العروض مستندًا يثبت إجراء زيارة ميدانية للموقع، موقعًا عليه من قبل المهندس المشرف، مرفقًا بالمغلف الفني. سيؤدي عدم تقديم هذا المستند إلى استبعاد العرض, زيارة المواقع المستهدفة قبل تقديم العرض- (إلزامي).
  - بعد الاجتماع التعريفي في مكتب المجلس النرويجي للاجئين في مدينة تعز، سيذهب مقدمي العطاءات الذين حضروا الاجتماع بصحبة ممثل المجلس النرويجي للاجئين إلى موقع المشروع لمعاينة الموقع.
• الخبرة السابقة: يجب على جميع مقدمي العروض تقديم نسخة من الخبرة السابقة ذات الصلة في العرض الفني- (إلزامي).
• صلاحية العرض: حدد بوضوح فترة صلاحية العرض الخاص بك وأكد الجدول الزمني للتسليم (مطلوب خطة تنفيذ مفصلة) - (إلزامي).
