INVITATION FOR VENDORS AND SUPPLIERS TO REGISTER FOR UN VENDOR NETWORK WORKSHOP IN YEMEN

Dear Suppliers/Vendors,

Every Year, the UN Agencies in Yemen procure goods and services to support programmes in the country, and the organizations are always looking for technically qualified vendors/suppliers with relevant experience to support and respond to our procurement process. As part of our market sensitization and drive to increase awareness about UN procurement opportunities, we are organizing a supplier/vendor network meeting with the theme 'Doing business with the UN in Yemen through Procurement Opportunities.'

UNICEF invites all vendors/suppliers, Small and Medium-Scale Enterprises, Women-owned/Women-Led companies/organizations, community-based organizations, and social enterprises interested in providing goods and services to UN organizations through a procurement process to register to attend the Vendor Network Meeting in Yemen, tentatively scheduled for the end of April/Early May 2024. 

Participants will have the opportunity to hear from the UN Agencies on the following:

• - Where and how to find procurement opportunities with the United Nations
• - Information on the common spend categories for goods and services
• - General feedback on why bids fail 
• -  Info sessions on key UNICEF/UN requirements from their vendors
• - Sustainability considerations for UN Procurement
• - Break out session for suppliers based on categories
• - And many more 

The actual date and location will be communicated to the registered suppliers/vendors.

دعوة للموردين و البائعين للتسجيل في ورشة عمل شبكة الموردين التابعة للأمم المتحدة في اليمن

عزيزي الموردين / البائعين،

في كل عام، تقوم وكالات الأمم المتحدة في اليمن بشراء السلع والخدمات لدعم برامجها في اليمن، تبحث المنظمات الدوليه دائمًا عن بائعين/موردين مؤهلين تقنيًا يتمتعون بالخبرة ذات الصلة لدعم عملية الشراء لدينا والاستجابة لها. كجزء من توعية السوق لدينا وسعينا لزيادة الوعي حول فرص المشاركه في المشتريات التابعه للأمم المتحدة، فإننا نود اعلامكم بانه سيتم تنظيم اجتماع لشبكة الموردين/البائعين تحت شعار "ممارسة الأعمال التجارية مع الأمم المتحدة في اليمن من خلال فرص المشتريات".
تدعو اليونيسف جميع البائعين/الموردين، والمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الحجم، والشركات/المنظمات المملوكة للنساء/التي تقودها النساء، والمنظمات المجتمعية، والمؤسسات الاجتماعية المهتمة بتوفير السلع والخدمات لمنظمات الأمم المتحدة من خلال عملية الشراء للتسجيل للحضور اجتماع شبكة الموردين في اليمن، المقرر عقده مبدئيًا في نهاية أبريل/أوائل مايو 2024.

ستتاح للمشاركين فرصة الاستماع إلى وكالات الأمم المتحدة بشأن ما يلي:

•  أين وكيف يمكن إيجاد فرص الشراء مع الأمم المتحدة
•  معلومات عن فئات الإنفاق المشترك للسلع والخدمات
•  ملاحظات عامة حول سبب فشل العطاءات
•  جلسات إعلامية حول المتطلبات الرئيسية لليونيسف/الأمم المتحدة من البائعين
•  اعتبارات الاستدامة لمشتريات الأمم المتحدة
•  جلسة منفصلة للموردين على أساس الفئات
•  و أكثر من ذلك بكثير

سيتم إرسال التاريخ والموقع الفعليين إلى الموردين/البائعين المسجلين.
