منظمة غدق للتنمية هي منظمة تطوعية مستقلة غير حكومية وغير ربحية تأسست في سبتمبر 2015م أنشئت لغرض محدد هو توفير التنمية الفردية والمجتمعية والإغاثة في حالات الكوارث والتعافي وإعادة الاعمار، وتستجيب فيها لجميع مجالات القطاعات الإنسانية بما فيها الرعاية الصحية الأولية، والتنمية الاقتصادية والزراعية، والتعليم، والأمن الغذائي وسبل المعيشة.

تعلن منظمة غدق للتنمية عن إنزال المناقصة التالية:

ضمن حزمة التخطيط والتنمية الحضرية احدى مكونات مشروع تعزيز المرونة المؤسسية والاقتصادية في اليمن SIERY الممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي EU وتنفيذ برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي UNDP عبر منظمة غدق للتنمية.

وعليه تدعو منظمة غدق الشركات والمؤسسات المتخصصة والراغبين في الدخول في المناقصة التقدم بطلباتهم الرسمية إلى المنظمة او تحميل وثائق المناقصة من خلال رابط التحميل أدناه، او المرفقات أدناه 

تفاصيل الخدمات المطلوبة:

توريد وتوصيل وتركيب وتشغيل المعدات والاجهزة والبرامج التالية:

اولاً: محافظة مارب: 

• جهاز المساحة لايكا TS02plus 
• طابعة خرائط.

ثانياً: محافظة تعز: 

• برنامج ArcGIS Pro اصدار 3.4 للعام 2024.
• جهاز كمبيوتر مكتبي
• جهاز سيرفر
• برنامج مكافح فيروسات
• آلة تصوير خرائط متعددة المهام.
• جهاز GPS.-

موقع الخدمات المطلوبة: 

• محافظة مأرب: مكتب الاشغال العامة والطرقات، مكتب الهيئة العامة للمساحة والأراضي
• محافظة تعز: مكتب الاشغال العامة والطرقات، مكتب الهيئة العامة للمساحة والأراضي

تقدم العطاءات في مظروف مختوم بالشمع الأحمر ومكتوب عليه اسم المشروع واسم ورقم المناقصة واسم مقدم العطاء ومرفقاً بها ما يلي:

• ارفاق ضمان بنكي غير مشروط بالمبلغ المحدد أعلاه ويجب ان يكون ساري المفعول لمدة 90 يوماً ابتداءً من تاريخ فتح المظاريف وسيرفض أي عطاء غير مصحوب بالضمان البنكي.
• صورة من البطاقة الضريبية.
• صورة من السجل التجاري.
• صورة من البطاقة الزكوية.
• صورة من البطاقة التأمينية.
• صورة من ترخيص مزاولة المهنة سارية المفعول.

ملاحظة: يشترط سريان مفعول كافة الوثائق المشار إليها اعلاه.

كما يفضل ارفاق الخبرات السابقة في نفس مجال المناقصات.

• أخر موعد لتسليم العطاءات هو يوم الخميس الموافق 24/ 04/ 2025 الساعة الرابعة عصرا.
• موعد جلسة فتح المظاريف يوم الاحد الموافق 27/ 04/ 2025 الساعة 11:00 صباحاً بمقر منظمة غدق للتنمية الكائن في محافظة عدن – مديرية خور مكسر خلف الجامعه اللبنانيه ، وأي عطاء يقدم بعد الموعد المحدد سيرفض ويعاد إلى صاحبه.

Ghadaq for Development Organization is an independent, non-governmental, non-profit voluntary organization established in September 2015 for the specific purpose of providing individual and community development, disaster relief, recovery and reconstruction, and responds to all areas of the humanitarian sectors including primary health care, economic and agricultural development, education, food security and livelihoods.

Ghadaq Organization for Development announces the following tender process: Within the urban planning and development package, one of the components of the project to enhance institutional and economic resilience in Yemen SIERY, funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) through the Ghadaq Development Organization. Accordingly, Ghadaq Organization invites companies and specialized institutions and those wishing to enter the tender to submit their official applications to the organization or download the tender documents through the following link below

Description of services required: 

Supply, connection, installation and operation of the following equipment, devices and programs:

 Marib Governorate: 

• Surveying device Leica TS02plus 
• Map printer. 

Taiz Governorate: 

• ArcGIS Pro version 3.4 for the year 2024.
• Desktop PC 
• Server 
• Antivirus software 
• Multi-task photocopier. 
• GPS device. 

Location of the required services:

Bids shall be submitted in an envelope sealed with red wax and written on it the name of the project, the name and number of the tender and the name of the bidder, and attached to the following:

• Attach an unconditional bank guarantee with the amount specified above and must be valid for a period of 90 days starting from the date of opening the envelopes and any bid that is not accompanied by a bank guarantee will be rejected. 
• copy of the tax card. 
• copy of the commercial registration. 
• copy of the Zakat card. 
• copy of the insurance card. 
• copy of a valid license to practice the profession.

 Note: All documents referred to above must be valid. It is also preferable to attach previous experience in the same field of tenders. 

• Deadline for submitting bids is Thursday, 24/04/2025 at four PM
• The date of the envelope opening session is on Sunday, 27/04/2025 at 11:00 am at the headquarters of Ghadaq Organization for Development located in Aden Governorate - Khormaksar District behind the Lebanese University, and any bid submitted after the specified date will be rejected and returned to its owner.
