ضمن مشروع تعزيز الوصول الشامل للعدالة في اليمن، تدعو مؤسسة افاق شبابية الموردين ( مكاتب – شركات ) الى تقديم عطاءاتهم. 

موضوع المناقصة: توريد وتركيب كرفانات وتجهيزات مكتبية في محافظة عدن 

يجب على المتقدمين إرفاق: 

• صورة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول.
• ارفاق صورة من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول.
• إرفاق شهادة مزاولة المهنة سارية المفعول.
• ارفاق صورة من البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول.
• ارفاق وثائق من الخبرات والتعاملات السابقة في نفس المجال.
• لا يقبل اي عطاء ما لم يكن مستوفياً للوثائق اعلاه.

تقدم العروض في مظروف مغلق مختوم بالشمع الاحمر وختم الشركة / المكتب ويتم تسليمها الى مقر مؤسسة افاق شبابية : عدن – خور مكسر – عمارة باهدى – الدور الخامس – شقة 36.
تحتفظ مؤسسة افاق شبابية بحقها في بقبول او رفض جزء او كل العطاءات دون ابداء الأسباب.

Afaq Shababia Foundation is a local non-profit organization that has been working on community development and empowerment since 2013 and is headquartered in Aden Governorate.

Public-Tender

Within the framework of the project to promote universal access to justice in Yemen, Afaq Shababia Foundation invites suppliers (offices - companies) to submit their bids. 

Tender Subject: Supply and installation of caravans and office equipment in Aden Governorate 

Applicants must attach: 

• A copy of a valid tax card.
• Attach a copy of a valid commercial registration.
• Attach a valid certificate of practicing the profession.
• Attach a copy of a valid Zakat card.
• Attach documents from previous experiences and dealings in the same field.

No bid is accepted unless it meets the above documents.

The offers are presented in a sealed envelope sealed with red wax and the seal of the company / office and are delivered to the headquarters of the Shababia Foundation: Aden - Khormaksar - Bahda Building - Fifth Floor - Apartment 36.

Afaq Shababia Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of the bids without giving reasons.
