The National Microfinance Foundation announces its desire to conduct the following public tender:

And thus, the National Microfinance Foundation invites qualified service providers to submit their bids through the tender, in accordance with the documents and according to the following instructions:

1)    The tender documents can be obtained from the National Microfinance Foundation- Main Office - Hadah, Al-Masbahi Round, behind Toyota Exhibition - Sana'a - Republic of Yemen - Phone: 01-440551 during official working hours, in exchange for a non-refundable fee as indicated above and according to the addresses listed below.

2)    The bid should be Delivered in a sealed envelope, sealed with red wax, and clearly labeled with the name and number of the tender, on or before the specified deadline for opening the bids ( Sunday - 05/05/2024 at 11:00 AM), to the following address: National Microfinance Foundation - Main Office - Hadah, Al-Masbahi Round, behind Toyota Exhibition - Sana'a - Republic of Yemen - Phone: 01-440551.

3)    The bids will be opened at the headquarters of the National Microfinance Foundation - Main Office - Hadah, Al-Masbahi Round, behind Toyota Exhibition - Sana'a - Republic of Yemen - Phone: 01-440551 According to the specified deadline mentioned above, at the same hour and day mentioned above, in the presence of the participating service providers or their representatives, any bid submitted or received after this deadline will be rejected and returned sealed to its owner.

4)    The applicant is required to bring a valid copy of the tax card (not expired) and bring purchasing receipt of tender documents.

5)    The applicant is required to bring a valid copy of the Sales Tax Registration Certificate.

6)    The applicant is required to bring a valid copy of the Commercial Register and the Zakat Card (Both are Not expired).

7)    The applicant is required to bring a valid copy of the Professional Practice Certificate (Not Expired).

8)    Along with the bid, an unconditional bank guarantee or an accepted payment cheque for the specified amount mentioned above, valid for the mentioned duration, should be attached. The guarantee should be valid from the date of bid opening. Any bid not accompanied by the tender guarantee will be rejected.

9)    The bid validity period is as specified above.

10)    The applicant must commit to paying taxes according to the laws of the country.

11)    The bid should be submitted in the currency mentioned above.

12)    The employer is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or any other bids.

13)    The service provider is required to bring a signed and stamped commitment form according to the specified format in the tender document.

14)    The last day for selling the documents will be five days before the bid opening, on the date of 30/04/2024.
