المؤسسة الطبية الميدانية: هي منظمة غير ربحية وغير حكومية تهدف إلى توفير خدمات الصحة والتغذية والأمن الغذائي والحماية كاستجابة إنسانية للوضع الاجتماعي والاقتصادي المتصاعد في اليمن منذ عام 2012.، متخصصة في العمل على بناء القدرات الشبابية واعداد قيادات مجتمعية نوعية تساهم في تنمية المجتمع في مجالات الحياة المختلفة بالإضافة الى عملها في الاستجابة الاحتياجات السكان الأشد حاجه والرقي بمستوى التعليم والعمل على التنمية المستدامة للمجتمع ومساعدة المبدعين من خلال ابراز مواهبهم وابداعاتهم.

وتود ان تدعو المؤسسة الطبية الميدانية -الموردين المؤهلون لتقديم عروضهم للبيان الموضح في اعلان المناقصة

يقدم العرض في 3 مظاريف مغلقة (مظروف فني +مظروف مالي +خطاب ضمان دخول) ومختومين بالشمع الأحمر إلى مقرنا الرئيسي الكائن في شارع اكتوبر بجوار وزارة التربية والتعليم - خورمكسر - عدن - ومكتوب عليه التالي:

• اسم الجهة المقدمة للعرض.
• اسم المشروع.
• اسم ورقم المناقصة
• واسم مقدم العرض

طريقة الحصول على وثائق المناقصة: 

 يرجى تحميل المرفقات من الموقع. 

يشترط في المتقدمين:

• يجب على مقدمين العطاءات ارفاق ضمان بنكي اوشيك مقبول الدفع بقيمة 2.5% من قيمة العطاء ساري المفعول لمدة 120 يوم باسم المؤسسة الطبية الميدانية.
• صورة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول.
• صورة من مزاولة المهنة سارية المفعول.
• صورة من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول..
• يجب أن يكون للمتقدم خبرة وعمل مع منظمات او جهات أخرى في نفس المجال ونرجو ارفاق وثائق تثبت هذه الخبرات. 
• يجب ارفاق البروفيل الخاص بالشركة وتوضيح الجهات المتعاقد معها.
• يجب ارفاق بيانات مالية وكشف حساب بنكي توضح حجم الاعمال والتعاقدات ذات الصلة.
• أن يكون لدى المورد حساب بنكي باسم تجاري يطابق نفس الاسم في السجل التجاري والبطاقة الضريبية.
• يجب ان يكون العطاء بكل اوراقه موقع ومختوم مالم سيتم استبعاد العطاء من المنافسة.
• العطاء يقدم بالدولار والدفع سيكون بالدولار.
• لن يقبل أي عطاء ولن يتأهل للتحليل المالي ما لم يكن مستوفيا الوثائق الأولية الواردة أعلاه.
• المؤسسة الطبية الميدانية ليست ملزمة بقبول العطاءات ما لم يتم ارفاق المواصفات الفنية -ويستبعد من لا يلتزم بالمواصفات.
• توقيع بيان المعايير الأخلاقية للموردين المرفقة ضمن وثائق المناقصة.
• توقيع وتختيم رسالة التأكيد المرفقة
• توقيع وتختيم بيان المعايير الأخلاقية للموردين .
• تختيم على جميع اوراق المناقصة المرفقة.
• أخر موعد الاستقبال العطاءات تاريخ 27/05/2024.
• اثناء ساعات الدوام الرسمي (من الساعة 08:30 صباحا وحتى الساعة 03:30 عصرا- (من الاحد إلى الخميس).
• سيتم النظر فقط في مزودي الخدمة الذين سيتوفون المتطلبات والشروط المذكورة أعلاه في عملية تقديم العطاءات.
• لن تكون المؤسسة الطبية الميدانية FMF مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يدفعها المتقدمين للتحضير والتقديم للمناقصة.
• يحق للمؤسسة الطبية الميدانية FMF قبول أي عطاء أو رفضه دون إبداء الأسباب ودون أية مسئولية في ذلك أو التزامها بدفع أي أتعاب أو مصروفات لمن رفض عطاؤه كما يحق للمؤسسة رفض كل العطاءات دون إبداء الأسباب
• اي عطاء يسلم بعد انتهاء الوقت المحدد كما هو موضح أعلاه قد لا يكون مقبول.
• سيتم رفض العطاءات المقدمة بأي طريقة اخرى غير تلك المذكورة في وثائق المناقصة.
• علمًا بأن المؤسسة غير ملزمة بالترسية على أقل العطاءات.
• مكان التسليم في المؤسسة الطبية الميدانية – عدن.

Field Medical Foundation: It is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that aims to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating social and economic situation in Yemen since 2012. It specializes in working on building youth capabilities and preparing quality community leaders that contribute to the development of society in areas of life. In addition to its work in responding to the needs of the most needy population, raising the level of education, working on sustainable development of society, and helping creative people by highlighting their talents and creativity.

The Field Medical Corporation would like to invite qualified suppliers to submit their offers for the statement shown in the tender announcement.

The offer is submitted in 3 sealed envelopes (technical envelope + financial envelope + entry guarantee letter) sealed with red wax to our main headquarters located on October Street next to the Ministry of Education - Khormaksar - Aden - with the following written on it:

• • The name of the entity submitting the offer.
• • project name.
• • Name and tender number
• • The name of the presenter

Applicants are required to:

• - Bidders must attach a bank guarantee and an acceptable check for payment in the amount of 2.5% of the bid value, valid for 120 days in the name of the field medical institution.
• - A copy of a valid tax card.
• - A valid copy of the profession’s practice certificate.
• - A copy of the valid commercial register.

The applicant must have experience and work with other organizations or entities in the same field. Please attach documents proving this experience.

• - The company's profile must be attached and the parties contracted with must be clarified.
• - Financial statements and a bank statement showing the volume of business and related contracts must be attached.
• - The supplier must have a bank account with a trade name that matches the same name in the commercial registry and tax card.
• - The bid must have all its documents signed and sealed, unless the bid will be excluded from the competition.
• - The bid will be submitted in dollars and payment will be in dollars.
• - No bid will be accepted and will not qualify for the financial analysis unless it completes the initial documents mentioned above.
• - The field medical institution is not obligated to accept bids unless the technical specifications are attached - and those who do not adhere to the specifications are excluded.
• - Signing the statement of ethical standards for suppliers attached to the tender documents.
• - Sign and stamp the attached confirmation letter
• - Signing and stamping the statement of ethical standards for suppliers.
• - Stamp all attached tender documents.
• - The deadline for receiving bids is 05/27/2024.
• - During official working hours (from 08:30 am to 03:30 pm - (Sunday to Thursday).
• - Only service providers that will meet the above requirements and conditions will be considered in the bidding process.
• - FMF will not be responsible for any costs or expenses paid by applicants to prepare and submit to the tender.

The Field Medical Foundation (FMF) has the right to accept or reject any bid without giving reasons and without any responsibility for that or its obligation to pay any fees or expenses to those whose bid is rejected. The Foundation also has the right to reject all bids without giving reasons.

• - Any bid submitted after the specified time as stated above may not be accepted.
• - Bids submitted in any way other than those mentioned in the tender documents will be rejected.
• - Note that the organization is not obligated to award the lowest bid.
• - The place of delivery is in the field medical institution - Aden.
