Request for Quotation for Vehicle Services

The Strengthening Healthcare Access Project (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”), implemented by John Snow Inc. (JSI), is soliciting proposals for safety and security services. The Strengthening Healthcare Access Project (SHA) is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and is subject to all applicable Federal regulations and provisions. JSI will have two office locations and one guesthouse for international staff that require vehicle rental service. JSI’s areas of operation will be primarily in Aden, where its office, staff residence, and employees will be based. JSI employees will be supporting partner activities in Taiz, Hadramout, and Lahj with occasional movements between Aden and these locations. JSI will set up an office in Taiz and will be operating out of our partners’ existing offices in other locations and will eventually need vehicle rental service in Taiz.

Please submit your most competitive quotation in accordance with the instructions and product specifications. Any award issued as a result of this RFQ will be subject to all instructions, product specifications, certifications, and terms and conditions included in this RFQ.
