الموضوع: مناقصة تقديم خدمة عمل دراسة جدوى تحلية المياه - عدن

تدعو منظمة كير العالمية – اليمن، الشركات المؤهلة إلى تقديم عطاءاتهم بخصوص تقديم عمل دراسة جدوى تحلية المياه - عدن 

يمكن الشركات المؤهلة المهتمين ذوي الخبرة والكيان القانوني الحصول على اوراق العطاء ذات الصلة أثناء ساعات دوام المنظمة (من الساعة 3008: صباحاً وحتى الساعة 03:00 عصراً) من الأحد إلى الخميس عبر الايميل عن طريق ارسال ايميل طلب للوثائق للايميل ادناه :

• يجب أن تسلم العطاءات موقعة ومختومة في مظروف مغلق ومختوم بالشمع الأحمر ويجب أن ترفق العطاءات بما يلي:
• صورة من البطاقة الضريبية والزكوية سارية المفعول. 
• صورة من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول.
• للشركات الاجنبية المقدمة ارفاق التصاريح القانونية للنشاط في الدولة التي تعمل منها وأن تكون حاصلة على كل التصريح للعمل في اليمن.
• يجب أن يكون عرض السعر ساري المفعول لمدة 8 اشهر.
• يجب أن يكون للمتقدم خبرات ذات الصلة في القيام بأعمال مماثلة وعمل مع منظمات او جهات أخرى في نفس المجال.
• يجب  ان يكون العطاء يحتوي على عرض فني وعرض مالي كما هو موضح في الشروط المرجعيه ويجب ان يكون  موقع أو مختوم  مالم سيتم إستبعاد العطاء من المنافسة.
• العطاء يقدم بالدولار والدفع سيكون بالدولار.
• يعتبر العطاء ملغي في حالة مخالفة أي من الشروط أعلاه.
• أخر يوم لارسال اوراق العطاء لمن يريدوا المشاركة هو يوم الاثنين 15-07-2024
• في حال وجود أي استفسارات أو ملاحظات الرجاء إرسالها عبر الايميل (yem.expressofinterest@care.org) إلى يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 16-07-2024 وسيتم موافاتكم بالردود وأي استفسار يرسل بعد هذا التاريخ لن يتم الرد عليه.
• أخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات في ظروف مغلقة هو يوم الاثنين الموافق 22/07/2024  في موعد أقصاه الساعة 11  صباحاً إلى مكتب المنظمة في عدن كما هو موضح أعلاه وأي عطاء يقدم بعد الوقت المحدد لن يتم استلامه.
• تحتفظ منظمة كير العالمية بحقها بقبول أو رفض جزء أو كل العطاءات دون إبداء الأسباب.

علما أن المنظمة غير ملزمة بالترسية على أقل العطاءات.

CARE International - Yemen invites qualified companies to submit their bids regarding the work of a water desalination feasibility study - Aden
Interested qualified companies with experience and a legal entity can obtain the relevant tender documents during the organization’s working hours (from 3:00 am to 03:00 pm) from Sunday to Thursday via email by sending an email requesting documents to the email below:

• Bids must be submitted by hand in sealed envelopes, bids must be attached with the following:
• Valid income tax card and zakat card.
• Valid Registration card.
• For foreign companies submitting legal permits for activity in the country from which they operate and should have work permission to work in Yemen.
• The validity of the quotes must be for 8 months. 
• Work Experience in conducting similar works  with international NGOs or others.
• The tender quote include a technical proposal and a financial proposal as outlined in the terms of reference(TOR) and it  must be signed or stamped otherwise the quote will be excluded from the competition.
• Bids should be in dollar and payemnet will be in dollar 
• Any bid doesn’t meet the requirement above will consider cancelled.
• The last day to send bids docs is on Monday 15/7/2024 
• In casethere are any queries or comments, kindly send an email to (yem.expressofinterest@care.org) untill Tuesday 16/07/2024 and you will receive responds. Any queries/comments received after this date will not be responded.
• Deadline for submitting Bid Quotation is on Monday 22/07/2024 not later than 11 am to CARE Aden Office as address described above, and any bid received after the deadline and is time will not be received.

CARE International in Yemen reserves the right to reject any or all bids without mentioning any reason. 

Noting that the organization is not obliged to award the lowest bids.
