ويود مكتب منظمة رعاية الأطفال – اليمن - عدن الدعوة للتقديم في مناقصة للخدمات التالية: 

توريد وتوصيل المواد غير الغذائية لاستخدام المكتب والبرامج لمدة عامين

ويتضمن ذلك المواصفات التقنية التفصيلية في وثائق المناقصة. فإذا كنت ترغب في تقديم عرض سعرك، يرجى التواصل مع قسم سلسلة التوريد بمكتب منظمة رعاية الأطفال على العنوان التالي : Yemen.Tenders@savethechildren.org  للتعبير عن اهتمامك وطلب وثائق المناقصة. سيتم إرسال مستندات المناقصة إليك عن طريق الإيميل خلال ثلاث أيام عمل. يرجى الالتزام بالتعليمات التالية لإرسال وثائق المناقصة:

يجب كتابة الرقم المرجعي للعطاء في موضوع البريد الإلكتروني FWA-YEM-Aden-2024-010.

(إذا تم استلام البريد- يجب تحديد هوية مقدم العطاء في البريد الإلكتروني الذي يطلب المستندات؛ عن طريق إرسال بطاقة السجل التجاري والبطاقة الضريبية وبطاقة الزكاة ورخصة مزاولة المهنة يجب إرفاق البطاقة الشخصية أو جواز السفر لصاحب العطاء، ويجب أن تكون جميع المستندات المطلوبة سارية المفعول. إذا لم يتم إرسال المستند القانوني المطلوب أو تقديمه، فلن يتم إرسال مستند المناقصة. الإلكتروني بدون عنوان، فلن يتم تقييم مستند المناقصة).

يوصى بطلب / جمع وثائق المناقصة في أقرب وقت ممكن. من المقرر تقديم وثائق المناقصة المكتملة بحلول 11 أغسطس 2024 الساعة 04:00 (GMT + 3) مساء في مكتب SCI، عدن، اليمن.

Save the Children International in Yemen is inviting submissions of tenders for a contract to provide the following services: 

Framework agreement for the provision of Supply and Delivery of None food Items for Programs and Offices use for 2 years.

Detailed Item list specifications are included within the tender documents. If you are interested in submitting a bid, please contact supply chain department at the following address Yemen.tenders@savethechildren.org to express your interest and request the tender documents. Tender documents will be sent to you by return by 3 working days. Please adhere to the following instructions in order to send the tender documents:

-The bid reference number must be written in the email subject: FWA-YEM-Aden-2024-010. 

(If email is received without an address, Tender document will not be evaluated).

- The bidder must be identified in the e-mail requesting documents, by sending commercial registration card, tax card, zakat card, and professional practice license must be attached along with the personal ID or passport of the bidder’s owner, and all Required documents must be valid. If the required legal document is not sent or submitted, the tender document will not be sent.

It is recommended to request / collect the tender documents as soon as possible. Completed tender documents are due to be submitted by 11-August-2024 at 04:00(GMT+3) PM in SCI office, Aden, Yemen.
