التعبير عن الاهتمام: مراجعة وتدقيق حسابات برنامج ضمان التمويلات اليمني (YLG) للعامين الماليين2023م و 2024م

1.    بتمويل من الصندوق الاجتماعي للتنمية، يعتزم برنامج ضمان التمويلات اليمني تنفيذ الخدمات الاستشارية لمراجعة وتدقيق حسابات البرنامج للأعوام المالية: 2023م ، 2024م، وفقاً لمعايير التدقيق الدولية والتشريعات المحلية ذات العلاقة.

2.    وعليه يدعو برنامج ضمان التمويلات اليمني المكاتب/الشركات الاستشارية المتخصصة للتعبير عن رغبتهم في تنفيذ الخدمات الاستشارية المذكورة أعلاه، وذلك من خلال تقديم خطاب ابداء الاهتمام مرفقا بالوثائق والمعلومات التي تبين مؤهلات الشركة الاستشارية وامكانياتها المالية والفنية ، وسجل الخبرة مع التركيز على الاعمال/المهام المماثلة للمهمة المطلوبة والسير الذاتية لكادرها الفني والإداري. ويشترط أن تكون مكاتب/شركات المراجعة لديها عضوية في تحالفات أو شركات تدقيق دولية وان تكون ذات سمعة متعارف عليها دولياً و لديها بطاقة ضريبية.

3.    وفقا لنتائج تقييم طلبات ابداء الاهتمام في تقديم الخدمات الاستشارية المذكورة، سيتم توجيه دعوة لقائمة قصيرة من المكاتب/الشركات الاستشارية المؤهلة لتقديم عروضها الفنية والمالية الخاصة بتوفير الخدمة المطلوبة.

4.    على المكاتب/الشركات الاستشارية الراغبة إرسال وثائقها الخاصة بحسب ما ورد أعلاه الى العنوان التالي:

5.    آخر موعد لتقديم وثائق طلب ابداء الاهتمام هو 05 اكتوبر 2023م.

Expression of Interest (EOI):

External Audit Services for Yemen Loan Guarantee Program (YLG) for the fiscal years 2023 and 2024 

1-    Funded by Social Fund for Development (SFD), Yemen Loan Guarantee Program (YLG) intends to execute the External Audit Services for the Fiscal Years: 2023,2024 in accordance with international auditing standards and the related local regulations.

2-    Accordingly, YLG invites specialized consulting offices/companies to express their interest, in implementing the above-mentioned consultancy services, by presenting a letter of interest attached to the documents and information showing the qualifications of the consulting company and its financial and technical capabilities, a record of experience with a focus on Similar business/tasks, and the CVs of its technical and administrative staff. The auditing offices/companies MUST have a membership in an alliance or an international auditing firm with an internationally recognized reputation and a valid tax card.

3-    According to the EOI evaluation results, an invitation will be sent to a short list of qualified consulting offices/companies to submit their technical and financial offers for providing the required service.
