MedGlobal is an international medical non-profit organization providing health services to people in need, including refugees and displaced persons, in disaster and underserved regions. The organization is Composed of medical and public health volunteers of diverse backgrounds. MedGlobal offers assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.
Bidders must have legal registration to work in the country of operation (proven registration, legal status, and Tax ID).
Tender Documents that will be shared with Tenderers contain the Invitation to Tender, Instructions to Bidders, Location Details, and General and Special Conditions of Contract. Bidders are invited to send their requests to obtain the Tender Documents by email to:
no later no later than 11:59 PM on 29 March 2024, indicating ‘Tender 08-YE-26-02-2024” in their email subject lines.
MG will share the full tender documents by email within 48 hours of receiving the email request.
The technical and financial offers must be sent separately. The first email should indicate 'Tender 08-YE-26-02-2024-Financial Offer', and the second email should indicate 'Tender 08-YE-26-02-2024 Technical Offer'. Both emails, fully completed, must be submitted online to the MedGlobal Head Office at bids@medglobal.org , no later than 11:59 PM on March 31, 2024, Yemen Time.
MedGlobal reserves the right to split, accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
