Relief International invites your submission for the tenders below mentioned to provide the services in accordance with the conditions and terms detailed in the attached documents for each tender package. Relief International intends to issue a blanket purchase framework agreement for the following:

1. Health Insurance Services, reference no: -RI/ YEM/SAN/21/148 ( North & South)

Tender brief Instruction: -

1. Tenders documents can be collected from RI Offices, please send an interest letter to participate in the competition and requesting the tender documents from below address:
   1. Location 1:  Relief International Yemen Office, Behind A2Z English Institute, Sanaa Yemen , if intersted in North Lot. RI/ YEM/SAN/21/148 - North
   2. Location 2:  Relief International Yemen Office, Alshabat Swqtra Street behind WFP office ,Aden Yemen , if intersted in North Lot. RI/ YEM/SAN/21/148 - South
   3. Or sent to the email procurement.ri.yemen@ri.org
2. The deadline for submission all proposals on May 18,2021 Tuesday at 03:00 PM Sharp, any late envelope will be void.
3. All interested bidders are invited to attend team meeting (Click here to join the meeting) for a presentation/explanation on the details of the tender package on May 4, 2021 Tuesday 12:00 13:00 HRS Local time.
4. An advance bank guarantee of $ 10,000 for 90 days effective from 18 May 2021 must be submitted at the day you submit your proposal to RI. (RI will not accept any proposal without a bank guarantee), RI will return the bank Guarantee to the reject bidders once evaluation is done or bidder disqualified , If you ae participating in the 2 lots One bank guarantee is fair to be handed in Sanaa office.
5. The bidder offer shall be handed to RI in sealed envelope indicating the tender reference only above mentioned in article 1.
6. Bidder who is interested to participate in 2 lots, must submit to different offer and must be handed separately to each office address mentioned in article 9 .  
7. The bidder must attached in his offer RI Excel form attached to this tender package in soft copy in excel from ( USB|CD) for Financial offer as well as the attached excel.
8. If you have any query please send it to the email procurement.ri.yemen@ri.org   before May 4, 2021.
9. All tender documents sealed in the bid envelop must be stamped by the company stamp.
