مؤسسة ميار للتنمية: هي مؤسسة غير حكومية غير ربحية تأسست بتاريخ 12/12/2012م من وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل، إطار عملها الجمهورية اليمنية، متخصصة في العمل على بناء القدرات الشبابية واعداد قيادات مجتمعية نوعية تساهم في تنمية المجتمع في مجالات الحياة المختلفة بالإضافة الى عملها في الاستجابة لاحتياجات السكان الأشد حاجه والرقي بمستوى التعليم والاهتمام بالبيئة والعمل على التنمية المستدامة للمجتمع ومساعدة المبدعين من خلال ابراز مواهبهم وابداعاتهم.

Mayar Foundation for Development: It is a non-governmental, non-profit organization established on 12/12/2012 by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor. Its framework is the Republic of Yemen. To its work in responding to the needs of the population most in need, raising the level of education, caring for the environment, working on the sustainable development of society, and helping creators by highlighting their talents and creativity.
Brief Summary Description of Project: Provision of education and child protection services, increase access and improve quality of education in Bayhan district, Shabwah governorate, and Lawdar district in Abyan governorate, (Priority1)

وصف المشروع: توفير خدمات التعليم وحماية الطفل، زيادة فرص الحصول على التعليم وتحسين جودته في مديرية بيحان بمحافظة شبوة، ومديرية لودر بمحافظة أبين، (الأولوية الأولى)

ويمكن للجهات المؤهلة ذوي الخبرة والكيان القانوني المهتمين بالحصول على وثائق العطاءات ذات الصلة من ‏خلال تنزيلها من الرابط المرفق أدني هذا الاعلان

Qualified parties with experience and interested legal entities can obtain the relevant bidding documents by downloading them from the link attached at the bottom of this announcement.

يجب تسليم العطاءات مغلقة ومختومة الى مكتب مؤسسة ميار للتنمية، الكائن في عدن- المنصورة - ريمي كورنيش المحافظ فكة وزارة الخارجية بجانب القنصلية الليبية. – إدارة العمليات مع ذكر التفاصيل التالية على الظرف المغلق:

• اسم المناقصة
• رقم المناقصة
• اسم الجهة المقدمة للعرض.
• رقم التواصل.

في موعد أقصاه 18 ابريل 2024 اثناء اوقات الدوام الرسمية (من الساعة ‏‎8:30‎‏ صباحا وحتى الساعة 4:00 مساءا او من 10:00 صباحا حتى 03:00 مساءا في شهر رمضان) من الاحد إلى ‏الخميس بتوقيت محافظة عدن.

سيتم فقط اعتبار العطاءات المقدمة قبل موعد الاغلاق.

The bids are delivered closed and sealed to the office of the Mayar Foundation for Development, located in Aden - Mansoura - Remy Corniche, Ministry of Foreign Affairs turning, next to the Children's House School‎‏.‏ Operations Department with the following details mentioned on the sealed envelope:

• Tender Name
• Tender No.
• The tenderer agency name.
• Contact number.

No later than April. 18, 2024 during official working hours (from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm or from 10:00 am to 03:00 pm in Ramadan month) from Sunday to Thursday, Aden governorate time.

Only consider bids submitted before the closing date.

• اي عطاء يسلم بعد انتهاء الوقت المحدد كما هو موضح اعلاه قد لا يكون مقبولا.
• يجب ان تحتوي كل العروض على السعر الاجمالي، مدة صلاحية العرض، شروط الدفع وشرط التوصيل للخدمة.
• سيتم رفض العطاءات المقدمة بأي طريقة اخرى غير تلك المذكورة في وثائق المناقصة.
• علماً بأن المؤسسة غير ملزمة بالترسية على أقل العطاءات.

• Mayar Foundation for Development (MFD) will not be responsible for any costs or expenses paid by applicants to prepare and submit to the tender.
• Mayar Foundation for Development (MFD) has the right to accept or reject any bid without giving reasons and without any responsibility for that or its obligation to pay any fees or expenses to those whose bid is rejected. The Foundation also has the right to reject all bids without giving reasons.
• Any bid submitted after the specified time as stated above may not be accepted
• All offers must contain the total price, the validity period of the offer, payment terms, and service delivery condition.
• Bids submitted in any way other than those mentioned in the tender documents will be rejected.
• Note that the organization is not obligated to award the lowest bids.
