Tamdeen Youth Foundation (TYF) is looking for qualified Contractors/ Vendors to submit their quotations for the tender mentioned blow:

 مؤسسة تمدين شباب تبحث عن مقاولين/ موردين مؤهلين لتقديم عروضهم للمناقصة المذكورة ادناه:

مؤسسة تمدين شباب TYF 

مؤسسة غير ربحية، تأسست في25مايو عام 2013 م، بترخيص رقم (312) من وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل في اليمن. تقدم برامج التنمية المجتمعية والتوعية المدنية وبناء القدرات، وتنفذ تدخلات إيجابية في حالات الطوارئ، كما تتمتع بشراكات إستراتيجية مع العديد من المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية والمحلية
سيتم إجراء العطاء باستخدام وثائق العطاءات النمطية لمؤسسة تمدين شباب، وهي مفتوحة لجميع الموردين المؤهلين. تتوفر وثائق العطاء في الرابط الموضح في الجدول أعلاه.
يجب تسليم العطاءات الى مكتب مؤسسة تمدين شباب الكائن في عدن – المنصورة- شارع كورنيش المحافظ – قسم المشتريات في موعد أقصاه يوم الاثنين الموافق 22 ابريل 2024 قبل الساعة 01:00 ظهراً بتوقيت اليمن.
سيتم النظر فقط في العطاءات المقدمة قبل موعد الاغلاق

ستعقد جلسة فتح العطاءات يوم الاثنين الموافق 22 ابريل  2024 الساعة 02:00 ظهراً في مكتب مؤسسة تمدين شباب في نفس العنوان أعلاه، ولن يسمح لصاحب العطاء او مندوبة حضور جلسة فتح المظاريف الا بموجب مذكرة رسمية باسم الشخص المخول له بالحضور. 

يجب تسليم العطاءات مغلقة بالشمع الاحمر ومختومة مع ذكر التفاصيل التالية على الظرف المغلق:

اسم المناقصة: توريد مواد البناء لخزانات حصاد الامطار في منطقة عيريم - مديرية القبيطة - محافظة لحج.

التعليمات الخاصة بالمناقصة مرفقة بأوراق المناقصة ويجب الاطلاع عليها مسبقا قبل البدء بتحرير العطاء.

بالإضافة إلى: 

1.    ضمانة بنكية ابتدائية غير قابلة للإلغاء وغير مشروطة أو شيك مقبول الدفع ساري المفعول بنسبة 2.5% من اجمالي قيمة العطاء $ لمدة 120 يوم من تاريخ فتح المظاريف.
2.     نسخة من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول.
3.    نسخة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول.
4.    نسخة من البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول 
5.    نسخة من ترخيص مزاولة المهنة ساريه المفعول.
6.    جميع الشروط والمتطلبات الأخرى الواردة في وثيقة المناقصة

 اي او كل عروض الاسعار والمقترحات وفقاً لتقديراتها وليست ملزمة بإرساء العطاء على اي متعهد

Tamdeen Youth Foundation 

is a non-profit foundation established on May 25, 2013, with the license of No. 312 from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in Yemen. The Foundation provides community development, civic education and capacity-building programs. It implements positive emergency interventions and has strategic partnerships with many international, regional and local organizations
The tender will be conducted using TYF standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers The Bidding Documents are available in the link shown in the above table.
Tenders and samples must be submitted to Tamdeen Youth Foundation office, Aden, Almansorah – Korniah AlMuhafidh Street, Procurement Department, on or Before Monday April 22nd, 2024 1:00 noon, Yemen Timing.
Only tenders submitted in prescribed form and deadlines will be considered.
Tender opening session will take a place Monday April 22nd , 2024 at 2:00 noon in TYF Office (same above address), bid owner or his representative will not be allowed to attend the session of bid opening unless having an official memo by the name authorized for attendance. 
All tenders should be submitted in SEALED envelopes clearly marked:

The general instructions of the tender are attached with the tender package and it should be read before initiating the offer.
With:
1.    Bid Guarantee of 2.5% of the total amount of the offer valid for 120 days from the date of opening the bid.
2.    A copy of valid Commercial Registry.
3.    A copy of valid tax card.
4.    A copy Of Zakat Card 
5.    A Copy of valid practicing license
6.    All other terms and requirements as stated in the bidding document
-TYF Award Committee reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all submitted quotation(s) at its discretion and is under no obligation to issue an award
