SUBJECT: INVITATION TO TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF CHOLERA KITS
Concern Worldwide is an Irish-based international, non-governmental, humanitarian organization dedicated to the reduction of suffering and working towards the ultimate elimination of extreme poverty in the world’s poorest countries. We are currently in Yemen working in Aden and Lahj Governorate.
We invites applications from interested bidders for the Supplying of 650(Six Hundred and Fifty) Cholera kits to Concern warehouse in Aden. One Kit will contains the following.

Your tender bid must include the following documentation, so please use the list below as a ‘Checklist’ before submitting your tender to Concern.
- Registration with the Taxation authority/Tax card.
- Registration with Ministry of Commerce.
- Supplier Work permit.
- Technical Specification of Cholera kits quoted
- Financial Offer shall be in USD
- Insurance and Zakat Card.
- Relevant Experience with at least 03 INGOs and UN Agencies of similar items.
NB: Samples of shortlisted bidders will be inspected by the Purchase committee upon receiving of your bid.
All Interested Bidders must submit the bids by using the RFQ template or own official letter with mentioning delivery time in days and send to the following email address:

Deadline for Submission of bids: Monday 12 February 2024 at 3.00pm (15:00 hours).
