Envelope costs: -   For free 

Letter of Guarantee: - 2.5% from total quotation for each section, Validity Period (120 days). 

General Instructions: - 

• Getting envelopes during working hours 09:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m. providing a scan of official Letter of Interest sent to above emails.
• Reply to requests within 4 working days. 
• All suppliers should submit one sealed envelope Financial Proposal & Technical Specifications.
• All suppliers must follow General Instructions for Suppliers (GIS) provided in ITB documents.
• All final prices should include all relevant costs, transportation, taxes and other types of expenses to final destinations. 
• All items offered by suppliers should indicate production date, country of origin, manufacture certificate and catalogues. 
• Eligible suppliers are those with legal documents in the health field. 

Organization preview: -

The Yemen Red Crescent Society (YRCS) is a humanitarian organization established in the southern part of Yemen in 1968. While in the northern part of Yemen, it was established in July 1970 under Presidential Decree No. 15 of 1970. After the blessed unity, it was merged in October 1993 to become one national society (NS). The Yemen NS was recognized by the International Committee of the Red Cross in April 1982 and joined the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement in October 1982.

The tender is funded by ECHO through NRC in Yemen.

Invitation is extended to interested eligible Suppliers to submit Bids for Supply and delivery of CBS items (Investigation and confirmation of health risks) to YRCS branches in Sana’a governorate, Dhamar & Sayun. 

With this ITB is the GIS which include the Instructions to Suppliers, Technical Specifications and administrative requirements that Suppliers will need to follow in order to prepare and submit their quotation/bid for consideration by YRCS. 

Lowest price is not necessary win but on Best Value for Money (BVM) base. 

YRCS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Purchase Order or Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Supplier/s or any obligation to inform the affected Supplier/s of the ground for YRCS’s action.

تعلن جمعية الهلال الأحمر اليمني عن رغبتها في إنزال المناقصات العامة رقم YEM\018\NRC\24  الخاصة بتوريد مستلزمات وأدوات طبية حماية وفحص لفروعنا في صنعاء المحافظة، ذمار و سيئون.  

فعلى الموردين الراغبين في تقديم عطاءاتهم إتباع الشروط التالية: - 

التقدم بطلب رسمي عن طريق إرسال صورة إسكان من رسالة طلب رسمية مختمه إلى: -

يتم تقديم مظروف واحد يحتوي على التالي: - 

- مظروف مالي: - ويحتوي على التالي: - 

• العرض المالي مع إتباع التعليمات في وثائق المناقصة وتعليمات الخاصة بالموردين ITB-GIS.
• الضمان البنكي أو شيك مقبول الدفع بنسبة 2.5% من إجمالي قيمة العطاء صالح لمدة 120 يوم. 

- مظروف فني: - ويحتوي على التالي: - 

• وثائق المناقصة كامله ومختمه من قبل الموردين ITB-GIS.
• كتلوجات لجميع المعدات الطبية بحسب التسلسل في جدول المناقصة ومختومه بالكامل. 
• الأوراق الرسمية والإدارية بحسب جدول المتطلبات في وثائق المناقصة ITB-GIS. 

- تكون أسعار العطاءات نهائية وشامله جميع التكاليف من نقل وحماله ونفاله والضرائب وغيرها من التكاليف الى فروعنا في صنعاء المحافظة، ذمار وسيئون. 

- يجب أن يحتوي الملف الفني على معلومات بلد المنشأ و شهائد التصنيع والجوده الخاصة بها وتكون مصرحه من قبل وزارة الصحه اليمنيه إلى جانب الوثائق المطلوبه في جدول المتطلبات. 

- أخر موعد لإستلام المظاريف كامله بحسب الموعد النهائي تاريخ 26/04/2024 م الساعة 12:00 ظهرا وكذلك الفتح في نفس التاريخ والزمن في المركز الرئيسي عنوان: صنعاء، جوار رئاسة الوزراء. 

- ان يكون نشاط المتقدم في المناقصة في الجانب الطبي بحسب المسجل في السجل التجاري.
