الشروط المرجعية للتقديم في مختبر الابتكار الاجتماعي

مختبر الابتكار الاجتماعي هو منصة تهدف إلى تمكين الشباب، ورواد الأعمال، والمختصين، والقطاع الخاص، ومنظمات المجتمع المدني من المشاركة الفاعلة في ابتكار حلول للتحديات المجتمعية الأكثر إلحاحًا، في القطاعات ذات الأولوية. يستند المختبر إلى توظيف التكنولوجيا والأفكار الإبداعية كأدوات رئيسية لتحفيز التغيير الإيجابي والمساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة.

يُنفذ مختبر الابتكار الاجتماعي لعام 2025 من قِبل مؤسسة روّاد، بالتعاون مع ديب رووت للاستشارات، وذلك ضمن مشروع وثبة الممتد لخمس سنوات والممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي ومجموعة هائل سعيد أنعم وشركاؤه والذي يهدف الى رفع النظام البيئي لريادة الأعمال في اليمن.

تحديات قطاع التعليم:

1.    تحديات قطاع التعليم في اليمن.
2.    الوصول العادل إلى تعليم مبكر عالي الجودة.
3.    الوصول العادل إلى التعليم الأساسي والثانوي عالي الجودة.
4.    وصول العادل إلى التعليم الفني والتدريب المهني عالي الجودة.
5.    الوصول العادل إلى التعليم العالي عالي الجودة.
6.    تحسين المهارات والتعلُّم مدى الحياة.
7.    وصول الفتيات إلى تعليم عالي الجودة.
8.    محو الأمية.

معايير اختيار المشاركين:

سيُخْتَار المشاركين في مختبر الابتكار الاجتماعي وفقاً للمعايير التالية لتحديد الأهلية للمشاركة:

1-    فهم المشكلة:

• وضوح وعمق المشكلة التعليمية التي تم تحديدها وتوضيح أثرها على المجتمع.

2-    الابتكار والحلول:

• التفرد والجدوى للحل المقترح للتكنولوجيا التعليمية وقطاع التعليم.

3-    التأثير وقابلية التوسع:

• التأثير الإيجابي المحتمل على القطاع التعليمي وإمكانية التوسع.

4-    تحليل السوق وقدرته على الاستمرار:

• فهم طلب السوق والجمهور المستهدف والمشهد التنافسي.

5-    تكوين الفريق وقدراته:

• تنوع المهارات والخبرة ذات الصلة والتعاون والالتزام والقدرة على التكيف.

خطوات التقديم:

1-    ان تكون يمني الجنسية وان لا يقل عمرك عن 18 سنة.
2-    فكرتك أو مشروعك يعالج التحديات التي يواجها القطاع التعليمي.
3-    لديك فريق ابتكاري متنوع الخبرات: (الفنية، المالية، التعليمية والتقنية).
4-    مستعد للتفرغ والالتزام بالمشاركة الجادة في المختبر وبرنامج الاحتضان.

The Social Innovation Lab is a platform that aims to empower youth, entrepreneurs, professionals, the private sector, and civil society organizations to actively participate in developing innovative solutions to the most pressing societal challenges in priority sectors. The lab leverages technology and creative thinking as key tools to drive positive change and contribute to sustainable development.
The 2025 Social Innovation Lab is implemented by Rowad Foundation, in Partnership with Deep Root Consulting, as part of the five-year Wathba Project funded by the European Union and the HSA Group. The project aims to enhance the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Yemen.

Participant Selection Criteria:

Applicants will be selected based on the following criteria to determine eligibility:

1.    Understanding of the Problem:

• Clarity and depth in identifying the educational challenge and explaining its impact on society.

2.    Innovation and Solutions:

• Uniqueness and feasibility of the proposed solution in the field of educational technology and the education sector.

3.    Impact and Scalability:

• Potential positive impact on the education sector and the ability to scale the solution.

4.    Market Analysis and Sustainability:

• Understanding of market demand, target audience, and the competitive landscape.

5.    Team Composition and Capacity:

• Diversity of skills, relevant expertise, teamwork, commitment, and adaptability.

Application Steps:

1.    You must be a Yemeni national and at least 18 years old.
2.    Your idea or project should address the challenges facing the education sector.
3.    You should have an innovative team with diverse expertise (technical, financial, educational, and technological).
4.    You must be ready to commit and actively participate in the lab and the incubation program.
