Senior Customer Service

Job Description:

We are seeking a senior-level Customer Service or Relationship Manager who will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, being the primary contact for our clients, providing exceptional service, and promoting our products and services. As a Senior Customer Service, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, enhancing customer satisfaction and building company reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services to meet clients' needs
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer statues, and industry regulations
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) and French is plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of products and services
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience as a Customer Service or similar role
