Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical team leadership.
• Strong expertise in PHP (preferably Laravel).
• Solid experience with Flutter mobile development.
• Proficiency in WordPress development and customization.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL databases and optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving and planning abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to code quality and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary development team.
• Design and develop web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Build cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Customize and manage WordPress-based solutions.
• Design, manage, and optimize SQL databases.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure project alignment.
• Prepare and analyze technical reports and performance updates.
• Document development activities and maintain code repositories.
• Handle tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.
