  • Duty Station: Hayran District -Hajjah Gov.
  • Probationary Period: Three months
  • Reporting to: Project Manager

Taybah Foundation for Development ( TFD ):

Taybah Foundation for Development is a Yemeni Development Foundation working in the areas of health and education. It was established in 1996 under the licence of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor No. 25.  Taybah seeks to provide quality health and education services in partnership and cooperation with all concerned and interested parties in accordance with the development plans of local authorities.

Role Purpose:

Coordinating with authorities and other stakeholders to implement the project activities in the targeted areas and work with the project field team to ensure the implementation of activities as planned and submit reports on the progress of work in the field.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Involved in the day-to-day operations of the project. 
  • organize and communicate details related to a specific assignment or task while serving as an interface between team members and the project manager.
  • Assurance of high-quality knowledge and coordination with key stakeholders
  • Monitoring the daily progress of projects 
  • Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
  • Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits
  • Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access
  • Planning meetings and organizing project logistics
  • Performing billing and bookkeeping tasks
  • Ordering necessary office supplies
  • Collecting data from the health facilities, insures the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Two years of relevant experience.
  • Computer proficiency and its applications, especially MS Office applications.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to work closely with team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occur.
  • Leadership: As the primary point of contact for team members, you must be able to provide guidance, feedback, and encouragement for achieving goals.
  • Organization and time management: Managing the daily activities and needs of an entire team requires an excellent ability to multitask and effectively manage your time.  
  • Computers and data entry: collected data and other important documents for the priject are created on computer or maintained in databases.
  • Problem-solving:  S/he should be prepared to work through and resolve minor issues without assistance.
  • Positive attitude: Generally, a positive outlook makes it easier to handle the stress of unexpected challenges and also helps the entire team stay positive and motivated.
