Job Description

Organization: UNESCO, through Stars Orbit Consultants and Management Development (SOC).
VA No. VA25-10
Position Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Associate
Duty Station: Aden
Duration: 13 Months
Vacancy Date of Issue: 19 March 2025
Vacancy Closure Date: 1 April 2025
Expected Starting Date: As soon as possible

Required qualifications, experiences and competencies

Required Educational qualifications:

  • A university degree in the field of M&E, Statistics, Economics, or programme and policy, or similar discipline relevant to international development.
  • Min. years of relevant work experience
  • A minimum of three years of relevant work experience in designing and implementing M&E framework, data collection and ensuring programme quality.
  • Previous work experience in the UN system, and at least one year of experience acquired in the Arab region and/or international level, would be an advantage.

Language requirements:

Excellent knowledge – both spoken and written – in Arabic and English are mandatory.

Benefits and entitlements: 

The offered remuneration package for this position is a monthly salary of 2,387.33 USD.
